Looking at the Animation Magazine article on Nelvana halting productions.

With Nelvana itself having plans to have content until it led to Corus struggling, it led to many projects being halted like animated content as they mentioned on those like Millie Magnificent and Barney's World which we still need to see updates on that if it gets an update this year.
