That FL cone at about 12 minutes is the prettiest one I've ever seen! However, I don't think I could have pulled myself off that island with everything I'm seeing. Amazing amount of nutmegs and AC's! And gaudiest! Cool oyster! I've never seen one like that either. Suggestion: when you're in "shell paradise", please don't limit yourself to around 30 minutes!😊❤️ xxoo

I have learned I can tackle about one 30-minute video per week, give or take a few minutes. If it's all good stuff I'll break it into (2) videos but if it's just more of the same I'll usually just cut it down to 30. I am normally worried that I won't have anything to edit but lately I've been doing so much shelling I might need to drop some extra videos!

Good morning, Wow, very beautiful shells today as always. The murexs both kinds are amazing. The jujubee top shell, true tulips, nutmegs, the pink scallop, all the calico scallops are very lively today, fighting conks, horse conks, olives, banned tulips, alphabet cones, lighting whelkes. There are just so many beautiful shells. The beach time is always great. Thank you for a wonderful shelling adventure. Have a great day.😊

Hello Beach Angel and all you would be beach combers! Before I forget it, friends, I wanted to pass along some information that might save you some time and aggravation. ACE Hardware is no longer carrying the Acid Magic for cleaning shells, as Sharmon showed us in her latest shell cleaning video. Neither do Lowe's or Home Depot. Amazon still does and they have it in bottles of several sizes and price points. Now, I'm ready to go to the beach with all of you! What a gorgeous sunrise! That's the way to start the day! Perhaps it is the herald of a great shelling day? I hope so! Wow, what an amazing shelling day you had, Sharmon! I don't often get green-eyed watching your videos, but this one was mighty tempting! So many beautiful shells to puck up, so many varieties in color and shape! You seem like a kid in a candy store! Well, I've made.me decision. Kice is definitely going to the top of my bucket list! Thank you so much for taking all of us along with you, dear Beach Angel! I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that it was a blast! Much love to all from here in the beautiful autumnal Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee! Rebecca, The Lost Mermaid

@@luannski6895 small ones you find yes, you can bring them no problem it’s not the customs in Canada that will not let you bring them I know Cuba won’t let you take some out of the country if it comes from protected areas like Cayo Largo. But from Varadero where I am there’s no problem.

@@luannski6895 marie-sohie4's response was quite interesting. I've brought shells into the U.S. from France and from New Zealand and Australia. I was stopped one time by Customs, as I erred on the side of caution and made sure I declared "sea shells" (even though nothing I read said that there were any restrictions). In the depths of the undersea world, a group of mollusks gathered in a cool dimly lit coral cavern called "The Clamorous Cove Casino". Their shells glistening with iridescent hues. The grand chamber was awash in a radiant blue and green glow, courtesy of bio-luminescent corals and the shimmering red and pink Spanish Dancers (beautiful Nudibranchs) elegantly undulating as aquatic showgirls. They'd come together for a night of aquatic amusement, a Vegas-like card game that was the highlight of their sub-aquatic social calendar. The host for the evening, a suave hermit crab known as Crusty Clyde, welcomed them with an experienced wave of his claw. A tray of "Seafoam Smoothies" and a beach bowls of Kelp popcorn and Barnacle Bites were placed on the table in readiness for the games ahead. As the game began, the atmosphere was electric, (or as electric as it gets underwater) and a trio of snails named Shelly, Shelldon, and Shelliqua, lounged around a lavish table put together from sunken treasure chest, their eyes glittering with anticipation. Clyde, with his signature bow-tie and monocle, shuffled the deck of scallop flat cards with finesse. The mollusks exchanged knowing glances, each concealing their hand within their intricately patterned shells. Shelliqua, always the show-off, boasted, "I've got a Royal Flush of the Sea, a hand so rare it's like finding Atlantis in your backyard!" Shelldon, forever the optimist, chimed in, "And I've got the Neptune's Nines, a humble hand with a touch of ocean magic." Shelly, the trickster of the bunch, winked and said, "Well, folks, I've got the Coral Con, so don't count your tentacles just yet!" As the game progressed, whispers spread that Shelly was using a "sleight of hand" to cheat. Accusations swirled like a whirlpool, and the mollusks' snail-paced chaos ensued. Shelliqua's shell spun in a frenzy and she nearly choked on a Barnacle Bite, and Shelldon hid beneath his shell, unable to handle the drama. Clyde's monocle fell off in shock as he struggled to regain control. Amidst the underwater turmoil, Shelly defended herself with a grin, "Sleight of hand? Please! I'm just the fastest snail in the sea!" She reached slowly into her shell and revealed her Coral Con, and to everyone's amazement, it had transformed into a magnificent Serpent's Straight. The mollusks were left flabbergasted, their sluggish movements a testament to their bewilderment. Shelly had pulled off the ultimate mollusk magic trick, leaving her friends in awe. Clyde, ever the gracious host, adjusted his monocle, and with a chuckle, he declared, "Well, ladies and gentlemen, it appears that tonight, the undersea world has witnessed the greatest spectacle of mollusk poker history! Shelly, you've won fair and square." As the evening at the "Clamorous Cove" continued, the mollusks decided to switch from the poker table to the grand undersea roulette game. Clyde unveiled a magnificent roulette wheel that glistened with opulence. The wheel was a spectacle in itself, with its main body sculpted from a long gone polished coral, studded with radiant pearls for numbers, and multicoloured intricate seaweed vines twirling around its outer rim where tiny sea creatures weaved in and out , going about their dizzy day with the occasional one being flung off as the wheel spun. The wheel was mounted on a sturdy bed of smooth sand worn sunken shipwreck wood that showed just one letter "T" of the vessels original name giving it a touch of elegance and history. Clyde explained the rules to the excited mollusks, "Distinguished shell-dwellers, let's dive into the world of roulette! Simply place your bets on a number or color, and we'll spin the wheel to see where fortune swims." The mollusks gathered around the roulette table, each selecting their lucky numbers or colors. Shelliqua chose "Aqua Blue 7," Shelldon picked "Sapphire Shell 21," and Shelly, still riding high on her poker win, went for "Emerald Eights."With a confident sweep of Clyde's claw, he spun the ornate wheel, sending it into a slow motion spin. The wheel swirled with a soft hum, as the undersea creatures watched in anticipation. The bubbles and currents in the spiraling water lent an air of suspense to the proceedings. The wheel slowed and slowed, and the mollusks held their breath as they watched the beautiful iridescent polished pearl marker come to a stop. The room erupted in cheers and laughter as the marker landed on "Emerald Eights," much to Shelly's delight. The undersea roulette game had brought a new level of excitement to the height of the evening. As the mollusks tired and the evening drew to a close the shell-dweller friends reminisced about the unforgettable evening they had shared. They had journeyed from the depths of the sea, they had reveled in the thrill of poker and roulette and the joy of winning would linger in their memories like the gentle caress of ocean currents. They found that even in the depths, amid the glittering treasures of the deep, what truly mattered were the friendships they forged, the moments they cherished, and the camaraderie of friends that transcended species.

You are definitely going to want to wear shoes on Kice. I usually wear my more sturdy beach shoes. The little sticks are hard to walk on, but it's those bigger, short stumps that are dangerous. I normally stub my feet a few times but I don't injure myself...anymore. I've walked into a few tree branches in my time there!

Oh and at 14:37 just above your knuckle is that a wentletrap as well or one of your “imposter” ceriths?

That was 100% imposter! That being said, I know other people have spied them in my shots so I knew they were out there. My last trip there I finally find one on Kice!

I want to find a way to be dropped off first thing in the morning on Kice - and picked up in the late afternoon. Kice is amazing!

Love your videos, very educational and your voice is amazing!! I have a glass lamp filled with shells and have had a blast identifying the shells I have learned from your videos. There is one in there that has me perplexed. It looks like a Gaudy analytics but the most beautiful light purple markings!

I have a shell book that I like to just leaf through from time to time (I am that much of a shell nerd). It's truly incredible the intricate and beautiful things that snails can make!
