I did a 392 full swap into my 2016 ram 1500. It is a custom grind cam from Modern Muscle Extreme 218@50 intake 230@50 exhaust .597 intake 592exhaust 112LSA +4 degree of advance. I do have a video of the exhaust sound on here. It’s my daily driver. I did go with taller springs. Great video guys. Much love from the USA

When you say full exhaust are you including headers or just from cat back?

What Rpm do you recommend switching the to short runners with this cam? Because seems like it can be switched earlier for more power

how is your highway milage now?

@@malamri424 i usually see around 16-17mpg mixed city/hwy driving and can average 19-20mpg on a long trip

How much hp did you gain? Hows the idle smooth?

@@captain052A it chops on start up and in neutral or park but its smooth enough in gear the stock 8 speed converter is happy, it runs 8.0 at the local 1/8th mile, no idea on power numbers maybe 30 to the tire more than stock

Interesting it only makes 50NM more torque then my cammed LS1 running a 229/235 cam.
