Thank you for sharing this. I have made a pair, they were red and white for Christmas. Very pretty. As the baby grows can you suggest how to make the bootie bigger, would I just decrease 2 rows instead of 4 .

+Normarae Hunt sorry, Rae I only have this video tutorial and no PDF. Regarding the weight of the yarn, it depends on the gauge of the loom. If you're using a wide gauge loom (just like I did on the video), it's best to use two strands of medium 4 worsted weight yarn OR single strand of bulky 5. Hope this helps! +Bella Esco first of all, thanks for watching. And yes, your cast on must be too tight. The first row though is usually harder to knit than the rest of the rows. Just make sure your tension is just right and not too tight. Have you heard of a pen tool tension guide? If not, join this group on Facebook "Loom Knitting For Beginners" facebook.com/groups/LoomKnittingForBeginners/ and you will see that your issue has also been discussed there. Hope that helps! 😊

Your using a 24 peg loom for baby booties? That's standard for a baby hat. I'm confused.
