How do you go about pricing things on Etsy. I like start making thing like cases or the hats.
@LoomaHat6 жыл бұрын
Research other sellers that are selling the kind of item - then do a little math. Add up the cost of supplies plus how much you would like to get paid per hour say $10 dollar. The cost of supplies and your hourly wage gives you an idea - the other sellers (your competition) let you know if your number is too high or too low

This would be so cool with icons/emblems on it, such as team logos, super heroes, crosses or other Christian symbols, or even personalized!! I just have no idea how to do that. And theres that whole copyright infringement thing. Lol! Maybe not such a good idea afterall!

You can glue or sew patches. No trademark issues. Craft stores and Amazon have them

This was a fail for me... it was difficult to see/follow the yarn placement after the pattern moved to knitting flat using 12 pegs on the loom. Sometimes I think the camera angle would be helpful overhead because hand placement often blocks the view. I have successfully completed other small lommahat projects but this pattern seemed challenging to follow. I see that others successfully completed this so I will try again at some point. Thank you for sharing...

Anyone else make this for a phone?
@LoomaHat6 жыл бұрын
Alexx - these can be used for your iphone - you would just need to reduce the number of rows.
@alexhuffsterxd46386 жыл бұрын
@@LoomaHat how many rows do you think would do it?
@LoomaHat6 жыл бұрын
I haven't tested the pattern for an iPhone and it depends on the version. I would knit 2/3 of the number of rows in the video and then put my phone in it while my project is still on the loom - if it fits do the bind - if it doesn't add a few more rows. I wish I could give you an exact number but I don't want to mess you up.
