WOW❣️❣️❣️This way is definitely a whole lot easier on doing the linen stitch with this purl over, now I wouldn’t feel bad about trying the linen stitch again. Thanks so much for explaining & showing how the purl over looks🥰

Thanks so much for your help I did a swatch on this and your right it doesn't curl I always use garter stitch for my blankets so they don't curl and I love how this came out and now I don't have too. I love your patterns so much ❤️ you do awesome no worries looking forward for more videos to come

The blanket in the picture is amazing. Will you do a tutorial for it?
@lschue3 жыл бұрын
No I don’t plan on doing a video for it… I’ve just recently became brave enough to video these short clips and I don’t feel real comfortable doing so yet. 🤣 I do it to be able to share tips and tricks to looming that work for me and make looming easier. The pattern for this blanket is available here if interested! Thanks so much! www.cindwoodlooms.com/collections/laurie-schue-patterns/products/loom-knit-epattern-rings-of-linen?variant=37542317293723

Whats the blue blanket in the preview? Do you have a video showing that pattern?
@lschue2 жыл бұрын
I have a written pattern for this Rings of Linen Afghan. I do not have a video, only this one showing how I do the purl back. I am posting a link to this pattern. I have several afghan patterns available on that website, some are FREE!! www.cindwoodlooms.com/collections/laurie-schue-patterns/products/loom-knit-epattern-rings-of-linen

I am left handed. I can never remember what way to wrap my end pegs and when to wrap and when to slip. :(
@lschue3 жыл бұрын
When making flat panel items like this, you always Skip (also called slip) the 1st peg in the row. Then you always uknit the last peg in the row. Even if the pattern calls for you to purl all pegs in the row, you always uknit the last peg. In this video, I do just that each time. I do not knit the first peg, and I always uknit the last peg in the row. It does not matter which direction you knit on your loom. I usually start to loom going to the right on my loom. Second row then I knit to the left. Either way is fine! It is simply your preference.
