9:20, the trouble with the more recent iteration of the Cybermen (circa Nightmare in Silver) is that they made them a bit too "efficient" in their upgrading proces. To the point where they can "upgrade" at a touch (basically assimilation), and they're essentially the Borg only nowhere near as grim and intimidating. Though the notion of them being able to "assimilate" the dead in Death in Heaven was an interesting concept, although again it was too "efficient". If they'd had it so that the dead rose from their graves and walked into cyber-factories to finish the "upgrading" process, that would have been a better way to go about it.

That's probably because when you think "big-headed figurines" you're probably thinking of funkos and all the various things that attempt to copy funkos, which are all universally bland expressionless garbage that only vaguely looks like what it's supposed to, at the very least. Take a look, however, at Good Smile's Nendoroid line. They are "big-headed figurines" but are still highly detailed, particularly for their size, and come with a wide variety of different expressions and props and various leg and arm parts to create a whole bunch of different poses. They are very nice little things. Funkos and anything trying to imitate them are absolute crap. However, if done right, the chibi style of figure lets you get a detailed and decently sized collectable without breaking the bank. Good scale figures are gorgeous, don't get me wrong. I have a few myself. But they also tend to be rather pricey and out of many people's price range to really collect. The problem is that Funko has gone way too far in the other direction into making worthless garbage.

+stingersplash People aren't primarily interested in the re-sell value, when people subscribe to services like loot-crate it's because they genuinely want the stuff they're giving out. Being able to sell the items is no consolation to the people who have bought these boxes and got shit out of them. You're also being ridiculously extortionary or perhaps even naive by selling off these things at such high prices, they're not worth that much and lootcrate now has their own separate section of the site that sells off their exclusive items at *heavily discounted* prices.

The stuff in these boxes is shitty because most of it is shit that wouldn't sell. These boxes are put together using whatever they can get for cheap enough to make a profit. That usually means there's maybe one decent thing that could be found cheaply or they can get a discount from a supplier because of a good relationship or something and the rest is all dead stock they snagged for a couple cents each because it wouldn't sell.

LootCrate is complete garbage due to its very vague and generic themes... If you have a vague theme like, idk...SPACE...Let's say you are a Star Wars fan, but not much else, you'll probably only get like 1 star wars thing, and the rest is stuff you don't really care about...Huge waste of money...also the shit in those boxes is not that high quality. Hetzer Hasser total horseshit. Its all exclusive stuff so its never been sold elsewhere. And at conventions they do sell to those same people who only want 1 thing from the box. They even tell you what to expect in the boxes so if you only like star wars and it also has star trek and Battlestar galactica then you know to avoid it. Plenty of items are good quality. Obviously not high quality as its a cheap box especially with a discount but even on items ive not liked ive been able to sell easy and sometimes get more than the box cost, effectively getting free tees. If this sort of thing isn't for you then maybe dont watch a video about it or indeed comment on it.
