In case nobody said it yet, the Doctor Who book is the novelization of the Patrick Troughton Serial "The Moonbase". Since it was very difficult to watch the old Doctor who serials (and it still is, half of this story is still missing) since the BCC didn't ever re-air them the scripts were adapted into novelizations, which would also elaborate and fill in details that were not present in the episode.

The first Star Wars pen is not the clone wars. Lmfao. It's episode 3. No idea why it says clone wars. The clone wars. Is a very good, very expansive show if you really watch it. Season 1 is kinda meh. Everything after that is genuinely good, in context. There's episodes here and there that suck, but as a whole it's fantastic.
@blaineishere38517 жыл бұрын
Seismic Swan I haven't seen season 3 yet, but I disagree. Rebels is great too, but there's so much subtlety and deep story telling in the clone wars. It genuinely makes the prequels a far better experience for me, too. So it gets extra points for fixing parts of the prequels. Lol

I feel like Ashens is just bias towards anything related to the prequels. The clone wars is great has been nominated and has won dozens of awards. Both series are good imo.

With reference to the Doctor Who Book. They did originally come out in the 70s and are indeed taken from the original episodes. (I remember I must have been about 8 (It must have been about 1978) and bought one from the Doctor Who Exhibition at Longleat. It was "The Tenth Planet" and what with moving and whatever I've never been able to find it since.) BTW On several of the Books the titles do not match the titles of the episodes. You have struck "lucky" and have managed to get one. Doctor Who and the Cybermen is actually taken from the episode "The Moonbase"
@Adrastia7 жыл бұрын
I used to see a lot of these books at the Salvation Army as a child in the 80s. They had the choose your own adventure books. I bought one about a comet. I can't remember the title. I wish I still had it. But I moved a lot so it's long gone. I wish I had realised in the 80s how much cool 70s stuff I could get because no one wanted it it. They had so many hippies clothes no one would dare wear in the aqua net and neon spandex years. I could be making a mint selling vintage hippie wear to hipsters.
