On the Spawning pools question:maybe the slann could discover a device that made it possible to unpoison spawning pools that were poisoned by the Skaven,or re-activate dormant spawning pools?

I would be amazed if the Slann couldnt magic a few of them back into health. If the Skaven could poison things beyond repair they would have collapsed every other race by now

The Sacred Spawning should work like this. You get extra recruitment slots for X amount of time, and you get units with higher XP. But also some specific bonus. They could have Bonus vs Large, Bonus vs Infantry, Bonus vs Cavalry, Armor Piercing, Poison Damage, Magic Damage, Extra Ward saves. Add in the natural bonuses the Lizardmen will get, and getting extra bonuses + starting already at silver chevron might might these units you recruit for 1 or 2 turns very strong, but also very specific to a type of enemy.

I hope in TW: Warhammer 2 leadership is more dynamic and not just a set number. Like perhaps skaven get better leadership when clustered together. What else would be a great leadership addition?

Leadership and the Health pool of unites should be higher because CA wants to drawn out the combat more. This all depends on the faction/race. At least that's what they said during the Lizardmen showcase/Q&A streams.

I have a question: How do Tomb Kings and Skaven and other more primitive cultures fight heavily armored steel units from say the Empire or Dwarfs or Chaos Warriors with only bronze, iron, or crummy wood/rusted weapons and armor?

It would be impossible to raise Lord Kroak from the death. He is so immensely powerful...so he will probably not only counter the spell someone is using to try and raise him...he'd obliberate the person casting it too...

So if the "monsters" are not spawned, but found in nature, they must follow the normal life cycle? So I guess cold ones needs to be trains ahead of time etc. But since Saurus can technically live forever, won't Kroq-Gar need a new Grymloq in time? The Warhammer Wiki says Grymloq is ageless, is this a easy get-around or can you make sence of this?

Only the most powerful high elves both can awaken star dragons from their sleep, this process can take years to perform. How powerful are star dragons, well star dragons are the oldest dragons, some have lived for well over 8000 years, so they are quite powerful but to answer your question plainly . Some of the oldest star dragons are so powerful that they can kill multiple greater demons of chaos at once, and in the scope of total war should be the most powerful flying monster in the entire trilogy. Hope I answered your question adequately. :)

Empire question: why hasnt the Empire, which already made handguns and a rotating weapon ( the helblaster volley gun), made a maxim machine gun? The dawi i understand because they are stubborn asf and the skaven already invent it so why not the empire?

Cegesh it took 500 years for us to go from handcannons to machine guns (mounted as an artillary piece) in the real world 1300ths to 1800ths. I know it is a fantasy setting but if the skaven have potentially a "machine gun" and if the empire has no restrictions on innovation (unlike the dawi which do) and have invented the hellblaster volleygun a rotating cannon and a repeater cannon why havent they said hang on why cant we mount a repeater handcannon on a artillary peice and continuously feed it ammo. It could be that the empire doesnt have the materials yet for mass ammo production (my best bet) or that the empire is too backward. I just wanna ask Loremaster of Sotek what could be the lore reason why the empire hasnt made this leap in innovation. The real reason is it would make the empire OP just like the ending of Last of the Samurai.
