My device is no longer compatibile with the app? Is there a lorex list of supported model#'s with the new app?

If your lorez app wired cameras are going on an offline on your phone. Make sure you go to system settings on your DVR and turn off firewall. Hopefully this helps

Just went through this with my iPad. Turn on face recognition and if you don’t have that turn on Touch ID. You can turn them off once the app opens. This was driving me absolutely crazy. This resolved my blue screen. Hope it helps😊

I have 2 units. Same problem. I got 1 to work AFTER I turned off my VPN. The other unit still does not work. I won't be buying another Lorex.... anything.

Thanks! However did all three steps on my iPad and my problem is when reinstalling the Lorex home up again they don’t ask me if I want to get it (GET) but instead they show me the up with cloud end arrow pointing down. When I open it I can see only blue rectangle. I don’t give up easily so I installed Lorex home on my iPod and everything works perfect. Do you have explanation for my dilemma? Thanks George

Doesn't fix it. I can't login because i never receive the verification code to my cellphone also i try calling support and the number is disconnected.

Same here. Not getting the verification code to my cellphone. My wife it's still able to use app on her phone. But she has her 2 verification code with face recognition. Not sure what's going on with this issue!

I'm having the same issue. I even tried reinstalling the App and still not working. I have called the tech support number on 2 different days and on hold for over an hour and no answer....Any suggestions?

This stupid app just doesn't work. Every time i open the app and try to live view it says "uh ih! Something went wrong. Tap to retry"..............wtf!!!
