Thanks for the kind words man. It is important to me that the vocals are brutal but clear, so I try to make them at least semi-intelligible. lol. But I never know if I am doing it right, since I as the vocalist can always hear it clearly. That's why I generally do not use those lower vocals you highlighted though, they start to get incomprehensible so I generally don't venture into the lowest gurgles in my voice.

I know from personal experience how difficult a start can be. I've been trying to publish some of my books for years, but it's simply not profitable in my country. So I had to work hard to find a solution to get started. Funny, the solution is to publish books in a digital edition in your country on KOBO. Success is not guaranteed, but it's stupid not to try. Although the English translation causes me great problems. :D Anyway, the point is you have to push forward without a break, and considering that you're a talented vocal, one day it has to pay off. And there's nothing better than doing what you love. For me, aggressive music helps me get rid of negativity and renew my energy at the end of the day. And often, it inspires me to write something. So I hope that your band succeeds in becoming popular in the future. Hard work, a clear mind, and a detail study of every opportunity that comes your way and success is guaranteed. And a lot of patience. All the best.

Oh I didn't even know I had you on facebook, haha. That's cool that you're an author, I would never have the patience to go through that cycle of writing and fighting with publishers etc. Writing requires to you pour much more of yourself into your work than what I'm doing. I just like doing covers because it gives me a reason to sing/scream/growl and that really helps me to get the negativity out in a positive way. I have no idea if my band will ever get any recognition, we have an album coming out in a couple months but it's very hard to get anyone to pay attention, but we are hoping that it reaches a few more ears than our last releases. It's not a true instrumental, I just reduced the vocal track manually. I provided a link to the track in the description just in case anyone wanted it. It loses some quality when you reduce the vocals, but anyone that knows the song will have no trouble following along (as I hope you did with my cover). It is just a good way to make sure it's your own voice sitting on top, rather than layering over the original vocals. I don't really like it when you can still hear the original vocals carrying the song. Anyway feel free to use my version if you want!

Sorry for the late reply, KZbin doesn't always notify me of messages. It's not a true instrumental, I was able to greatly reduce the the vocals, but at some cost to the audio quality. The only vocals that you can hear clearly are some of the layered stuff, the producer of this album when crazy with vocal effects and layering so it's hard to remove that stuff. Especially in the breakdown. I have shared this with people before but they never follow up and I just remove it. I'll post it one more time though, hopefully you see this. Maybe I'll just link it in the description. I only listen to a handful of Deathcore bands so I'm not really that qualified to take the reins on a song. I lean more towards your regular Black/Death/Doom Metal.

That is definitely true. I respect the hell out of Deathcore vocalists, but the vocal sound that resonates with me is closer to Doom Metal or Melodic Death Metal growls. I enjoyed working that into the song though, because it still fits.
