I joined a Corp but when I got to the system just before Low Sec I got nervous and couldn't go through with it! I've been playing Eve 10 years and I feel like I need someone to hold my hand when it comes to PVP(and FW) like I'm a little kid! I've done VERY, VERY little PVP in Eve, not counting all the times I've been ganked!

I just use cheap t1 frigates and destroyers the fits I fly aren't more than 4 million so very cheap. That way you get used to dieing and doing pvp without going bankrupt. Also my mind set is I'm expecting to die that way when it happens it's not as stressful.

Very comprehensive video! I would have liked a part in the video where you did fleet up, just to show how but honestly this was one of the best FW guides out right now. Another thing, I get using the ship caster to essentially get to the action quicker, but another thing possibly to show is maybe picking a route? That might be too advanced though. Its just that sometimes the ship caster won't be active for players if no one has set it up.

“If you’re a solo player, I recommend you go to the rearguard areas” - not sure if something changed since this video or if I’m missing something, but I ‘defended’ a friendly rearguard complex (took the acceleration gate and chilled with the friendly NPC ship until the timer ran out) and got ZERO LP because the system “wasn’t contested.”

If it's 100% in your factions control you don't get lp, the closer to the front and the more contested it is = lp

After a Misstake in Basquerin and loosing my Astero with all my Reaction Blueprints, I uninstall the game for now. But still following Loru - you are born entertainer and explain exactly at the same time. Every video is great! I think your followingrate just go to the moon shortly. I recommend you go straight into the front lines, even as a solo. Take a cheep ship and if you keep an eye on D-scan and make wise choices, you'll be fine... wait * *checks clipboard* * yeahh, yeah you'll be fine.

First played eve in 2020, stopped in 2021, but it has brought me back in 2023. This is going to be the first time that I try any pvp, but joined FW off of a suggestion. started with a new account, too, so have to make all my isk again. this video made me excited to come back again, and with all the updates since 2021 and with the upcoming updates, this is going to be a blast. definitely worth a subscribe to your channel, and can't wait to see other videos you will bring up. it's all about the Rep you have with each faction! check that to be sure the NPCs arent mad at you

that means the system is owned by triglavians, if you standings are low to them they will attack you, enter your own risk!

Correction: Site-1: Its LP divided by the amount of people inside within 30km of center. So say its 10K LP and you have a buddy, you both get 5K LP Site-5: There is an added bonus to the pool of LP for each person up to 5. Not sure of the math, but instead of getting 5LP for you and a friend, you both might actually get 12K LP. Much more. The LP pool increases up to 5 people. Anymore just gets divided out. Basically encouraging group play. Otherwise, not a bad video outlining what you need to know to get started in Faction Warfare. Just watch your dscan cause I'm coming for you Squid!
