Sonics were a great team in 1994. The best record in the west. They got really better. Then, they blew it so bad in the playoffs.

This was in 1994, way before the Clippers relocated to Staples. This game took place at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena. I sat a few rows back from the sideline.

The Clippers got Domnique that year in a trade for Ken Norman. They had a bunch of high flyers on the roster: 'Nique, Harold Ellis, Ron Harper, Bo Outlaw, and Gary Grant.

The Dirtiest and Stupidest thing the Atlanta Hawks Ever Did was Trading The Human HighLight Film to L.A a few days before for this Game for Danny Manning who had Knee Surgeries and NIQUE comming back Finaly after Ankle Surgery the Year before aswell as one of Dominique's Best Years in the League and Helping Lead the NBA East HAWKS in Wins . I will Always Hate Atlanta for this trade that Ruined NIQUES Career but atleast NIQUE and the Clippers Beat The HAWKS in Atlanta a few weeks later LOL !

Dominique Wilkins was traded for Danny Manning not for Ken Norman. Ken Norman would leave the Clippers as a free agent in 93 for the Milwaukee Bucks and would then eventually be traded to Atlanta from Milwaukee..

The sonics did get a chance to go to the NBA finals in 1996. They got beaten by the bulls in 6 games. Bulls always got the best of the sonics.
