The outcome would have been different had the jury heard the available evidence to begin with! It was with held and they were treated terribly. Make the wrong, right.

If these men were abused as they claimed to have been, then they are the true victims in all of this. They had their childhood stolen from them. They need to be released immediately.

Regardless of whether the allegations are true, it was still premeditated murder. The letter written prior to their parents' murder could have been part of their elaborate alibi, meaning they planned this murder much earlier. Just because another alleged victim has shared their story doesn’t mean it’s true; even if it were, it doesn’t validate their story. It could have been a coincidence. Having suffered abuse doesn't justify murder. Being in a life-threatening situation, where you’re in imminent danger, does. However, they weren't.

The argument was they threatened to expose their father as a child molester. The brothers felt after the threat, their lives were in danger as their parents were technically armed with a gun their mother recently purchased. Also, their father wasn’t just any guy…he was an extremely powerful & wealthy business executive. That’s why most people now see this as a self defense case. Because they know more of the case facts.

They weren’t and aren’t believable. I don’t believe their father SA’d them-at all. They had 14M reasons to kill

@@truecrimematters I lived thru the crime as it happened and watched the trial live. They had other options. Access to money. Went on shopping sprees buying cars and Rolex watches. Unless they were being abused right then and there it's Murder. And they need to be where they are. No one has any respect for human life anymore. Very few defenses for cold blooded premeditated murder. They even went outside. Reloaded and went back in and blasted some more. They plotted and planned for weeks. Mmm. Horrible crime

learn the facts. It was never that they killed their parents BECAUSE they abused them. It was they killed their parents out of the fear that they were gonna kill them first. that same night they told their. parents they were gonna leave and threatened to expose their father but caved when their parents spoke back. This made them afraid and they panicked thinking that the threats they were given before by their father was coming for them. This is exactly why this case is one of imperfect self defence. MAYBE they weren't gonna kill them but the brothers rightfully believed because of everything they already knew

This guy's a joke. There have been over 900 wrongful conviction claims, filed with Gascon, with far more credible evidence of innocence than what has been offered by the Menendez brothers. Gascon denied all, but 12. He turned his back on the very people whose families not only got him elected, but refused to support a recall. He's now seeking to galvanize voters by taking another look at evidence that we've known about for 30 years. Which begs the question, why didn't he do the same for the 900 other inmates? I assume it's because they weren't White or RICH or Cuban!!!
