Interesting finding others that fast. I have been fasting for 30 years, I eat once every 24 hours, no snack in between. I don't eat any food for 5 days every month, only water and herbal tea,,,it's my secret to longevity and a strong body and mind...

Ok so I have hormone imbalance so just 24 hrs at a time ?? Meaning I can do the every other day ?? I’m trying to break sugar and age reversal with fasting. Or you mean 24 hours a week?

Blessings brother I have been slowly transitioning into a fully raw vegan diet. You are of big inspiration. I’ve been vegan the past 1 year now. However I still succumb to cooked food cravings primarily starch like rice and potatoes. What do you recommend to finally beat this, would a 3-5 day fast be the best option for breaking cooked food addiction?

It's ok to still eat cooked foods. I don't eat fully raw all the time.

Hallo coach my Fitbit says 309 cal when i wake up meaning i only burned 309 . Will have to get not more than 309 before bad i guess it will be a glass of pea protein with water

I just told myself it would give me long life and keep me young. For me it's always been easy because I made up my mind.its a normal way of eating like people eat 2/3 times a day. I just have coffee or tea in the morning with organic raw honeyy once. Then afterwards a couple glasses of ...water and lemon ..at 4pm -6pm I eat dinner,, then nothing else til 24 hours later, tge only time I give a reprieve is when I'm on vacation, it's the only time ever I deviate

Twice a year I do a master cleanse and don't eat any food for 11 days

Your failing is apart of the journey. God loves you a holds you every step of the way, all you have to do is truly believe. I’m not assuming that you don’t believe just continue to do so. Talk with god, sleep with god, dance with god, fast with god, and feast with god. Ask and ye shall receive. Pray, pray, and pray again, then do.

Remember, every body is different. If your last meal is high in carbs, sometimes that can cause you to be hungrier. Try adding more protein or fat to your last meal. Maybe some olive oil or eating an avocado may help.

The trick is believing in yourself. Believe your mind can resist. You have fat on your body so even if your hungry you have energy stored on you so you won’t die. Take it slow try intermittent fasting try to push an extra hour for a few days so you get used to feeling of hunger. Take potassium, magnesium, sodium to help with headache. Also do it a day you have off or the day before a day off bc you won’t sleep well until u get used to it.

What I don't get is that surely fasting is going to leech vitamins and minerals, thus potentially creating deficiencies, IE metabolic damage over time? If a poorly created Vegan diet can create nutritional deficiency then why can't fasting where you're getting less nutrients?

The intense fasting will create deficiencies if done long enough. That's why I established a timeline of 12-16 weeks under certain conditions. Mineral deficiencies typically take 6 months to a year.
