My dearest dad passed in 2021 at 95 and 1/2 he ate all his life at 2 pm and he’s never gained a pound or lost a pound. He’s never been on medication was in great health and was optimal health. He called all his friends and told them he was ready . He closed his eyes and died . Zero suffering with all his children and grandchildren ♥️♥️♥️!!! We eat 2much and 2often!!!! Am currently on my 2nd 72 hours fast … and I’m feeling great !!!

YES!!! I eat three times a week. Wednesday, Saturday,Sunday. I never thought I’d hear anyone else have a protocol like this. You have to be disciplined and build up to this fasting protocol, but it is amazing. Three isn’t necessary. I am flexible sometimes 4, but mostly 3 times a week. Been doing this for years. Before fasting was a popular thing. When people would tell me… you’re going to die, and now everyone is doing some form of a fasting protocol. Great content.

amazing, I actually just started this pattern: Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Have you been doing this for years?! Oh my, I bow before your discipline. I made a goal of 1 month initially but I may go longer if I find it sustainable.

@@marosszeki GOOD FOR YOU! Yes I have. I actually began this lifestyle after an autoimmune diagnosis. I have been living this lifestyle for over 17 years now. I would NEVER, change it. I have added this lifestyle to my fasting and wellness business. It’s not for everyone, there are other protocols, but the longer the better in my opinion. Be flexible, and enjoy the journey of finding what suits your lifestyle and specific needs. All the best to you. 🙏🏽

those days you can still be eating way to much food, just cause someone eats only 4 days a week don't mean they are not over eating. I do snack adapted diet, stay a little hungry all day and don't eat 1 day a week and for two days a month in a row I don't eat.

@@ladybird491 Im in a huge deficit. I eat low cal high volume as well, and my protein sources are tofu and sientan. I’m good. Also, it’s really difficult to eat a lot in such a huge deficit of eating only three days a week and training. I also eat in a one our window. There’s no way I’m over eating or anyone could with that window.

The past 3 weeks, I've been fasting 5 days a week (water and tea only), and eating OMAD (one meal a day) for 2 days. I had high anxiety for years, and depression (my father passed right before the lockdown, and I've been working from home since, which made it worse). This past week, the depression is gone, anxiety is gone, some long term injuries/pains are gone, and I'm shedding weight (I'm about 50 pounds overweight). Fasting works!

Truth! I was bit by a brown recluse which ate down to the muscle in my leg and put me in 3 months of weekly wound care last year. About 4-5 weeks in, the healing stalled for a week. I immediately fasted for the next week and when I went in, it had healed more in that one fasted week than it had the previous 4-5 weeks combined.

@getlow3143 Dude looks like a bodybuilder that takes gear and then claims he's vegan only eats 4 days a week and looks like that yeah I'm calling cap. Then he says he only eats 4 days a week but he's basically only doing it to cut after he bulks but people watching the video and from the title think that that's what you should do all year round and that it's actually healthier no, it's better for cutting and that's it. If you are not on gear like this guy and you are vegan only eating 4 days a week and thinking you'll look even 10% as big as him you won't and videos like these are misleading.

So you prefer dry fasting over the water fast? Does it feel more beneficial to your body and spirit when you go without both? I can say when I started doing the drys I definitely felt the supercharged health benefits. I'm working on a good plan of when to dry when to water in order not to overdue the drys. Rn I'm just doing it 24 hours When I am fasting. My PR is two day dry fast I did on my birthday. I want to be able to hit 30 day water fast one day. But it's for strength & vanity purposes so I don't think I'm ready yet.

New to your channel. Glad I stumbled upon it. I started fasting about a 1 year and half ago. 1 day on, 1 day off, for a total of 4 days on, 3 days off. It has been a life changing experience. Prior to fasting, I had been suffering from high cholesterol, High blood pressure, and pre-diabetic. Strange thing about it, if you saw me, you'd say, "that guy in shape!" I may have looked great, but my body wasn't. I didn't realize how bad it was until I caught the Delta Strain of the Covid Virus and almost died. After being in the hospital for almost 2 weeks recovering and another 6 months on medical leave from work, I finally recovered well enough to go back to work. However, I suffered heavily as a covid long hauler for over a year after getting over the initial infection and the only thing that got me through it was fasting. Currently, my weight, my blood pressure and cholesterol are down. I attribute it to eating nothing but baked chicken, fish, vegetables, and fruit. I stay completely away from all forms of dairy, sugars, carbs, and breads. I've substituted my rice for vegetables and everything I do consume I try to go either organic or all natural. fasting has been a life changer for me.

This is how I see it if you put anything in your body besides water and some don't do that it's not a fast it's a diet. A fast is not putting no food or anything in your body that gives you energy. A fast is giving your insulin a break and your digestive system. I eat 6 days a week and can say I have less body fat than you. If you really fasted 3 days a week you would be leaner. A fast when done properly causes your mouth to dry out somewhat and when you urinate it's not from water it's your body burning fat that makes your urine

You'll want to figure out what your staple diet is. That is the diet your ancestors from your specific region survived off of. What fruit plants & herbs did they grow, what is natural to the region you're from. The late Dr. SEBI proposed this it is sound knowledge.

I said I was gonna make this a life goal and get so great with this I’ll add juice and water…like I’m a type 2 diabetic and I’ve went on a small salad diet but I ate alot of peanuts and I had a scoop of peanut butter when I had cravings late night..like when I tell u I bounced back ,I didn’t have ED and I moved better overall..that let me know I need it back but I enjoyed the video

Read, I think it's great if you can maintain the 4 days per week but if it gets too difficult like it did for me then switch it up to a fast every other 2 days. It gives you less stress overall.

Reclaiming health requires creating a psychological condition that accepts and encourages the practice of being comfortably un-comfortable, until the discomfort becomes the new normal. This is called retraining/resetting the mind body connection.

Well put, although I'm very adept at fasting, I love eating lol so I have to retrain my mind every time. Physically it's easy for me to fast now I never feel hungry. But mentally, if I'm not fasting for a specific reason other than giving my body a break then I'm watching the cloc 😮‍💨😂

@cattyhatty7574 Likewise. We've all been hypnotized into poor eating habits to the point of addiction to the addicting additives added to the substances marketed as "food." Keep up the good health habits. "Fasting is....the most powerful form of wait training." -SL

@@Still-Learning Absolutely! That reminds me of the quote, "You get what you "inspect" outta life not what you 'expect'. Interesting you mentioned that. I made a decision about a year ago to remove a certain person that I loved dearly not based on actions but certain things that were said. Numbers & language are how we interact with & Interpret the universe. There's a reason why there are high level organizations that can and will bind you by oaths. I'ma stickler for words. I can forgive certain actions but words might get you cut forever as far as I'm concerned.
