I've started following the calendar and oh man the work outs are awesome. I love that I don't have to buy a bunch of equipment to do the work outs and they're easy to follow. My arms are jello, I feel the burn!! _-_ Omg that dog is so cute XD

I'm currently trying to be fit due to health problems. I really want to slim my upper body, get rid of back fat, and not have widen shoulders and chest. Is there way to do that without toning them up so they're not more widen?

Cardio is no longer enough and I didn't know where to begin with strength training (and I'm not a gym person!) I have been doing your videos religiously for about three weeks now, combined with walking and running every day/always a healthy eater) and I am seeing changes. I'm trying to avoid the scale because I've only lost two pounds in three weeks but I'm much more solid so know I'm adding muscle! Thank you, thank you, thank you Rebecca Louise! You are awesome!! =)

I understand your frustration. Single arm rows can be difficult to master. I suggest trying some modified exercises such as bent-over rows with both arms to help build your single arm strength. 💪🏻

Hey Rebecca, First of all: awesome videos😍! But I've got a problem: I've been doing your videos since may 2015. First only one every day, then more and more until I did more than two hours a day. But I had to stop this because I felt that this was too much for my body. Now I am doing the October Program every day. So, you see, I've been doing a lot and I've seen some results already: the muscels in my legs increased and I've lost some fat around the belly area. But I did't get any abs. And that's my problem. I know it takes time but I think they shoul come threw slowly (especially because I did one hour of abs every day when I hit those 2 hours) I also take care of my nutrition, so that's not the problem. What am I doing wrong? Dose it take longer? Am I too young? (I'm 14) Please help!😳 Greetings from Germany😊❤

+Anniiee_xs I think that you used to workout far too much on those abs. You have to give your muscles time to build up and it's during the rest (after exercises of course) It's enough to do abs exercises 10-20 minutes for 6 days in a week. The second thing is your diet. Make sure to deliver enough protein to your body.
