ڈاکٹر صاحب ، آگے رمضان شریف آ رہا ہے پلیز سحری اور افطاری کا کوئی ڈائیٹ پلان پہ وڈیو بنا دیں کہ روزے بھی رکھے جا سکیں سارا دن روزہ بھی نبھ جائے اور وزن بھی کم ہو جائےمارچ میں جو روضے آ رہے ہیں ان میں 12 گھنٹے کا روضہ ہو گا12، 12 کے حساب سے ڈائٹ پلان ہونا چاہیے۔ شکریہ۔محمد سعید
