Some times roti and salan. Small portion Evening: tea and 1. Biscuit Dinner: Barbecue or fruits or Roti ( sometimes in a week) and less salan but not too much dinner Eat small dinner. Sunnat says you should have dinner, it doesn't mean you need to eat alot. Just eat less.

Easiest way to get smart Eat cereal or brown bread . Meat mostly should be stem and less oil .less spices. No junk food . Eat fruits or dry fruits if u are hungry. No chocolates . No sugar. No white rice .use brown rice . Fish is better then mutton. Vegetables and grains ( daal koi si bhi) beans are good . Yogurt is also good

Plus I lost 30 kgs when I was teenager now im mother of 2 I gained too much weight again but past 1 month I'm back on my diet track In the past n now I'm still loosing from walk with diet app... I live in UK for me its easy to follow that diet app name is Dietpoint. But if u live in pak like I did in past I used to take tea and 1 slice bread in the morning after walk In lunch any salad 1 bowl without pasta or rice Drink alot water In dinner half roti with any salan plus salad u will definitely loose Plus walk is must I think we women do find hard to loose weight my husband he don't walk or exercise but still loose lol Its a bit hard for mothers I do feel this after having 2 kids from 5 years I'm having really bad back pain I still try to do what fits me now best according to my routine plus my son is autistic life is really hard... People don't think before they say or judge simply ignorent.

Yes eat small quantity after every 2 hours. I reduced 4-5 kgs in this way without any walk or exercise.

Thank-you for noticing that i am from the community of obese people and she just said something that can be bad for her KZbin channel as she clearly mocked at obese(fat) community i am suicide survivor and still fighting a battle of obesity .... We fat people just don't sit and EAT OR Just SIT ... The struggles i did to loose weight My ALLAH SWT knows them I found very rude of her saying that and i am surprised just few people noticed it ..... i have left my so comments here because i am hurt the battle ihave fought with fatness it took nearly my life Wo to ALLah pak ka shukr hai HE SWT had mercy on me

Everything you said is right but judging someone’s lifestyle based of their weight is not only wrong it’s unfair and extremely judgmental for you to say. Bhot afsos howa hai yeh sunke, app konse zamaney main hain ? Sawala rang bhi khoibsurati main ata hai abhi. I know women who are extremely over weight but unhoonien poora poora large generational families ko sambhala hota hai. Even I was over weight but I was extremely active. Working from 5 am till 11 pm non stop. I had a medical condition due to which my weight kept rising but I was very active and independent. Yes there was more stress on my joints but being fat doesn’t mean being lazy. Very wrong information to pass with such great responsibility on KZbin.
