Morning: methi Dana soaked eat with warm water, also have honey water Breakfast: smothee and eggs Or omlet or tea Or Fry egg bread keep changing breakfast Sunday could be cheat day Snack: 2 able spoon chana ( rosted) snack Rest of time water, don't take detox water in make you hungry Lunch: rice double boil throw water and home cooked salan small portion and salad. Some times roti and salan. Small portion Evening: tea and 1. Biscuit Dinner: Barbecue or fruits or Roti ( sometimes in a week) and less salan but not too much dinner Eat small dinner. Sunnat says you should have dinner, it doesn't mean you need to eat alot. Just eat less.

Easiest way without exercise: reduce calories: 1 . morning 2 to 3 boill eggs 2 . full day when you feel hungry take apples 3.Drink water at least 3 to 4 liter full day 4 .night take chicken breast with salad 🥗 nd chapati. sleep 6 to 8 hours .. Note: This is low calories diet.

Eat only when hungry and stop eating when you still have a bit of hunger left. Don’t keep eating till your stomach is full and you don’t have any craving for food. A golden rule & Sunnah of the prophet(saw).

Seedha sada tareeka limited meal lo kam khao kha kar pani mat piyo khane ke beech half glass piyo ek tang pe bethkar khao aur khane se pehle pinch salt chakho subha walk karo ya kisi bhi time sugar kam kardo aur namak maida nabi ki sunnat ko follow karo kalonji apni rozmara ki zindgi me shamil karlo ❤️

i lost 10 kgs in 1 month... Things i eat are 1. half roti in morning with namkeen tea. 2. Avoiding all kinds of sugars & sugartea 3. Eat another half roti & soya chunks or a small piece of chicken in lunch.. 4. oats at 4.00 pm 5. Oats at dinner time Believe me if you do this you will lose alot weight.. but also do slight exercises like jogging for 5 to 10 minutes everyday

Mujhe bohat kharab migraine headaches hoti hain jiski waja se main pichle 2 saalon se roze bhi nahi rakh sakti 😢 aur hospitalized bhi ho chuki hoon aur do baar travel ke doran behosh bhi ho chuki hoon. Warish/Walk kuch bhi karti hoon jisse body warmup hoti hai to Migraine start ho jati hai. Aap jo bata rahi hain main wese pehle se kar rahi hoon. Bhooki bilkul nahi reh sakti because immediately migraines start ho jati hai. I weight 162-165 lbs and need to bring it to 130 and it is sooooo hard 😢😢😢

Easiest way to get smart Eat cereal or brown bread . Meat mostly should be stem and less oil .less spices. No junk food . Eat fruits or dry fruits if u are hungry. No chocolates . No sugar. No white rice .use brown rice . Fish is better then mutton. Vegetables and grains ( daal koi si bhi) beans are good . Yogurt is also good

You can eat white rice. White rice and brown rice are almost same. This is just a myth that white rice causes weight gain and brown rice is better. This is just a myth. Both of them are almost same.

Everything you said is right but judging someone’s lifestyle based of their weight is not only wrong it’s unfair and extremely judgmental for you to say. Bhot afsos howa hai yeh sunke, app konse zamaney main hain ? Sawala rang bhi khoibsurati main ata hai abhi. I know women who are extremely over weight but unhoonien poora poora large generational families ko sambhala hota hai. Even I was over weight but I was extremely active. Working from 5 am till 11 pm non stop. I had a medical condition due to which my weight kept rising but I was very active and independent. Yes there was more stress on my joints but being fat doesn’t mean being lazy. Very wrong information to pass with such great responsibility on KZbin.

We don't need to leave sugary food, cold drinks, junk, tea with sugar, roti and chawal. We have to control the quantity we take. We can eat anything, but we just have to control the quantity.

Like sbha paratha hai agar to roti pe aein, din me 2 roti khati hai to 1 khaein, or rat 2 plates chawal leti hain to 1 lein. Meetha or cold drinks km kredn or ahista ahista cold drink blkl khtm krden, or sbse pehle walk start kren. Phle iski adat daalein, phr aagy khana tabdeel krna hai or workout ki taraf ana hai.

B.f boiled egg with patli Tea or skim milk and 1 khajor din ma half roti ya choooti c roti and thooora sa salan oil side kr k chwal smaal c plate slad. Ma srf cucumber mjhsy nh Katny hta tha dhair sa salad rat ko b boiled egg and green tea candereal ma dalti thi suba Tea ma Green tea mja daar cheni wli pheki pasnd hai.. Suba bhokh lgti thi apple kha lti thi Sham ma skim milk ya tea. And ham 3 4 5 badam and 2 akhrot small size.. How can u judge someone by looking at their body.i was obese , struggle alot for years but didn't see any change.later on came to know the riutine medicine i was using for breathing difficulty was a steroid.that was the reason behind the extreme weight gain .as soon as i changed my medicine my weight is loosing dramatically

Got back into shape. Lost 12 kgs within a few months following your diet. Thanks mam this is the most helpful diet video I've found. Needed some advice from you. In the video, you mentioned that when you eat fast food items, you skip one meal. Whenever I do office, I'm eating outside food which is usually unhealthy. How do I maintain my weight while in office? I am following this method of skipping one meal currently.

Hey hun when you are at office. Try to get healthy things like chicken salad or a healthy sandwich instead of burgers. Eat grill chicken or cucumbers 🥒

@@mishakhan328 unfortunately when in Bangladesh there are very limited options in terms of healthy food. Salads are more expensive than junk food. In UK I don't face problems though. Thanks for the advice.

Yes eat small quantity after every 2 hours. I reduced 4-5 kgs in this way without any walk or exercise.
