Your 10 minute videos are a great help when my watch tells me I have been stationary for an hour. Up I get to exercise with you! I have lost 30 pounds since I discovered you but initially found the videos too strenuous. 78 and overweight ! Over time they became easier. Love the music, no talking and your smile! Uplifting!

Dear Petra, It's my goal to get below 70 kg ( or beter 68 kg ) for 1st January 2024. That means to loose 17 kg till the end of this year. I was searching on KZbin some video's to get me started and I end my search when I found you. My goal is to workout every morning and better to workout every day or every other day. Thanks for your video's from the Netherlands.

Petra you are the best, Fat had started melting slowly, best is ease and your smile, I have weak ankles , spinal issues, but when I do exercise from the videos provided by you. It doesn't heart at all. You seems one of us. Thank you so much.

Thanks so much! These are great workouts for this 60 year old. I'm able to do them and be challenged. So many others wear you out after 2 minutes and then I give up.

I have been following your exercises for about 2 months now. I have lost 4 lbs and 1 inch off my waist and 1 inch off my hips. Is that about right?
