Your videos are absolutely perfect for anytime of the day.. I throw them in whenever I have an extra few minutes.. I LOVE all of your videos and your music is the best of any videos I’ve done..it keeps me going with a great beat. Looking forward to the 6 week challenge.. please don’t ever stop making these. I may not be able to all the arm stuff cuz toren rotator cuff..I still get my heart rate up. Will continue doing this as I need my tummy fat gone

I did this standing up. OMG, I'm going to be sore! I have little or no ab strength and this will help me change that.

Hi Petra, im trying your LCL and exercises. Managed to get Achilles Tendonitis due to doing exercises in bare feet. Thought id be ok as doing them on carpet. So am now starting your seated exercises. I need to lose at least a stone by end August 2024 for Sons wedding. We're now 8th July. This weight and fat HAS to go!!!!
