This was a reminder of how much I adore the Japanese fiction I’ve read…mostly set in bookstores. I adored seeing the Hello Kitty brand things. OMG!

velcro is just so easy i hate laces!!! such a hassle when your shoe unties itself in the middle of the day. i am so sorry that you lost your shoe at prom! how did that even happen?! 😭 must've been a WILD night!!!

@@nathansnook i always do double knots for that reason ! yes i guess it was wild but mostly very stupid......we were playing bowling with beer bottles in the park next to the venue and ran out of things to throw and drunken me thought it was a good idea to use my shoe to attempt a strike and throw it with all my might when there was a pond next to us and of course it ended up at the bottom of it lol
