I remember when my chihuahua got hit by a 4x4 lifted truck and I dashed her to the emergency vet thinking I could handle what ever they said, I didn’t honestly realize just how much I loved her as my heart broke and I yelled out loud “please God save my baby!”, as they swooped her away, and this sweet lady next to me was crying too… my little doggie was unconscious by now, and we prayed. My dog had a severe concussion, but was released her to me because I was able to deliver IV meds and normal saline. (Im a nurse) But one eye was pinpoint, so I stayed up for 24 hours, slept on the floor checking her every 3 hours and giving her fluids. May Jesus bless that lady!!! She mad a full recovery 🙌🏽❤️🙏🏽

It doesn’t make any sense, how can they mow the lawn with the dogs there and they would have to open the gate to get in to mow too. I feel like she either let the dog out, gave it away or sold it. A couple days after telling her to leave, fishy. Cruel if she did, leave children and pets out of adult/human drama. Always uncalled for and disgusting IMO.
@dragames3 жыл бұрын
There's a thing that before someone mows the lawn, you let the dogs go out to poop and pee. 1) you want to keep them inside for a while after mowing to prevent grass stains. 2) lawnmowers generally... well, cut up dog poop so a lot of people think it removes the need to poop scoop.

She thinks they should provide free dog sitting & pay her for the dog she didn't buy. Then she squats in the house where she's uncomfortable & refuses to leave. No wonder the defendant put the dog in the yard, removed the chair in front of the gate, & left. She knew her friend's dog would run around & come back, because it always did. She was hoping the grifter's dog would disappear & hopefully the grifter would too. Yeah, the lawn care thing was illogical & not believable at all.

In the post-ruling interview, the plaintiff claims, "she set up cameras facing my bedroom." I'm curious why this wasn't brought to the discretion of her court case? This is inside the home, therefore, there's a chance of reward for an invasion of privacy. Due to the fact, the plaintiff left this out of her court case, I'm going to assume she's either twisting what she knows or completely lying to make the defendant appear as a bad person.

Maybe both dogs got out and one was friendlier than the other. One was faster than the other. One dog was smarter than the other. One dog was braver and went further. My guess is the poodle was friendlier and went to who ever got it. Someone has the little dog and isn't giving it back. Sure she was at fault for forgetting to close the gap under gate. No doubt about it. But I doubt she did it on purpose. She's still searching for the dog. The owner even said that the other lady was paying for an ad to run to look for the dog. Someone who let the dog out on purpose certainly wouldn't do that. I believed her. It's sad that the lady lost her dog.

Okay my thing is that if you think that your lawn is going to be mowed then there should also be some communication with the mowers about when they will do that lawn so you can either remove the dogs until a later time or come back later for them or even learn that they wouldn't get to that yard that day and thus the chair doesn't need to be moved at all. I why would she leave the dogs in a yard with strangers and large loud equipment. I know many dogs especially small ones are spooked by such situations. Removing that chair was an open invitation for them to escape. Im kind of surprised that they weren't still getting out even with the chair. That must be a pretty heavy chair cause i'd thing if there is a will a dog will find a way to push it out of the way and get out anyway. I agree with the judge in that they were both in a way neglectful in they're own actions.

@CeltycSparrow4 жыл бұрын
So here is my question for the plaintiff. First, the defendant said this is NOT the first time these dogs have escaped the backyard because there's a hole under the gate where they are able to slip out. So why didn't YOU, as a responsible dog owner, make it a priority to have that hole (and any other holes around your fence) filled in so your dog wouldn't be able to escape the yard? Secondly, if you and your roommate were not getting along, why leave your precious dog in her care? Why not tell her "I will take my dog out when I get home". And if she IS so precious to the plaintiff, why didn't this dog have a license and an ID chip JUST in case the dog got out and was lost....so at least if she WAS picked up by animal control, they would be able to find her owner? I don't think the defendant maliciously sold the dog or let her out on purpose. I think she put the dogs outside and once again, the dog escaped and this time, they couldn't find her. My guess is, with as classy a dog as this is, she probably got picked up by someone.
@CeltycSparrow4 жыл бұрын
@Norm Macdonald Show I'm not saying the defendant is entirely blameless. She DID move the chair that was blocking the hole (which she said it was so the gardener could mow the lawn)....but then, her mistake was when she left the dogs there unsupervised rather than putting the chair back or putting the dogs in the house. That bit is on her. I'm just saying....she wasn't the owner and this HAS happened before. So the owner should have filled in the hole if she knew her precious pet was getting out. Had she taken that measure, the dogs wouldn't have had a hole to get out of.

She’s trying to educate the plaintiff because she doesn’t seem like a responsible dog owner. She leaves her dog in a cage all day and night while she’s at her boyfriend’s or wherever because she thinks the roommates will care for her. She goes on vacation for two weeks and doesn’t say anything. She’s not responsible. Yes the roommate is the one who let the dog out and it’s on her but the owner needs to do better as well. The chip comment is for her future.

@@Lovinlife1234 It's a pet owners personal choice to chip or not to chip. Either way, she is responsible for the loss of the dog. Chip or no chip, the dog was left with her & she was the last person to have physical custody of the dog & she let the dog out, case closed. I paid 800 dollars for my Pomeranian, my choice is to *not* have him chipped. I also do not leave him with anyone & he is with me 24/7. So no one asked the maintenance guys if they saw a tiny dog running around, and what if the girl watching the dog only let that dog out?
@chrisd65234 жыл бұрын
so why was a roomates gf letting her dog out for too? so your saying the dog would of been kept in cage all day and she was only 6 min away when told the dog is missing. the gf seems very sweet to let her dog out etc and she turns around a sues? maybe dog was tired of being in cage for 10plus hours and ran away to find a forever home. idk kinda glad it went missing and it hopefully has a better life.

You don't know the size of the cage or their environment so chill out. It's also definitely not "sweet" to leave animals unsupervised in an area you know they can escape from. I wouldn't be surprised if there was also a way for the dogs to get out of the house on their own as well hence the cage. I don't know what kind of idyllic world you want everyone who has a pet to be in, but if you want that then you'd best become the richest person on this planet and give them the money to.

English has many, many dialects. That is just one of them. Get over it.

@@Loruca hmm. I wasn't aware laziness was a dialect.

@@barbarat5729 Look up "Ebonics". It's a dialect. I am a writer, editor, and student of English. There are so many alternate spellings, pronunciations, usages around the world--it's the way English evolves from place to place, and as soon as we consider one version inferior to another, we are arrogant, and possibly, just possibly, racist.

0:35 Suine for $8,000 for a dog? I doubt this woman has that kind of money to spend on a dog.
