Sorry but have to disagree a bit. We are humans but that doesn't give us the right to run around roughshod committing crimes and damaging other people's property? We don't have the right to do that. If a person cant handle their emotions then they probably need counseling to help build and work on their emotional well-being. Instead of spreading their crazy onto others, it's wrong to commit crimes against others cuz ur out of control. hard to co-sign that behavior. And not buying the fake calm demeanor act. The chic needs a psych eval, so she can learn how to manage her emotional and mental state. And anger. Too many cases out there just like this where it gets past this point and escalates. Not all but so many others. The guy was an azzhole, so what. If he's just not that into you anymore, that's his choice to make. U can't force anyone to be with u. If they do than they do, if not so be it. But u can't make them do anything they don't want to do. He's a dog and a user, so be it. It sux. But that's no excuse to commit a crime. He's not responsible for her behavior. She is. We can't just go Buck wild because we're mad or upset, if a boss pisses someone off, a person can't just go into the office and start tearing up shyt on his desk and in the office. She definitely needs some counseling, to help her learn how to manage emotional health. I wish her many happy years full of love with someone who treats her right ahead of her. She is a sincere, honest, beautiful young woman and she deserved better.

One thing that Harvey didn't mention is agency law. If someone speaks on your behalf in a business transaction, the authority doesn't have to be explicit authority, it's called apparent authority. That means they don't necessarily have to have authority to speak on your behalf but if the person being negotiated with reasonably believes you have the authority then that is good enough. I worked for a contractor where they sent out notices to all customers when a sales person left the company. This was so the person could not speak on our behalf. If the person who left the company negotiated a deal with a customer on our behalf after leaving, the deal would be valid since the customer reasonably relied on the salesperson to make the deal. So thus the disclaimer sent via USPS.

The only reason I clicked on this case is because she looked like she was tired of his s***, I prayed to the TPC God said this was an ex suing an ex. 🤣

When the case started I initially thought the defendant was just one of those crazy women but by the end, she proved to be the way more mature one. She did own up to what she did, she said she felt bad(Which I totally believe) she is better off without this guy who talks like he is 14
@vorpal222 жыл бұрын
She is only 20 and has far more maturity, honesty, and sincerity than almost any other litigant I've seen on the People's Court. Hopefully that will take her far in life.

Who are these parents who let girlfriends move in and buy their daughters new boyfriend a PS5, they need to kick all those kids out and that little boy can buy his own video games🙄

The young lady was so sweet. "Yes, she had admitted she destroyed the property, but her "boyfriend" had cheated on her with her so called friend. He deserved what she did. Like Judge Milian said, she's only in her 20's, to move on. In my personal opinion, she deserves much better! He deserves his new girlfriend.

if i have a son or daughter who cheats on their partner & their partner breaks their stuff, i wouldn’t be getting to partner to pay it back. i would never support my child in their cheating. cheating is fucked up - have some decency and just leave your partner if you want to move on. breaking someone’s things may not be morally right but neither is cheating - actions have consequences! i wish the defendant the best & hope the plantiff learned his lesson although he doesn’t truly seem too apologetic.

Good for her owning up to what she did and telling the truth. She’s a stand up person. I’m sure someone out there will find her and treat her as she will treat him. Hope all works out for her and she never gives him a second chance.

The plantiff is cold blooded and he's creepy. Doesn't blink at all. I was in a verbal and physical abusive relationship and he is giving me those vibes.
@vorpal222 жыл бұрын
Yeah, he doesn't really seem apologetic or remorseful at all, as evidenced by the fact that he was cheating on her and using his "pet name" for her with his new girlfriend. Yikes.
