Sorry but have to disagree a bit. We are humans but that doesn't give us the right to run around roughshod committing crimes and damaging other people's property? We don't have the right to do that. If a person cant handle their emotions then they probably need counseling to help build and work on their emotional well-being. Instead of spreading their crazy onto others, it's wrong to commit crimes against others cuz ur out of control. hard to co-sign that behavior. And not buying the fake calm demeanor act. The chic needs a psych eval, so she can learn how to manage her emotional and mental state. And anger. Too many cases out there just like this where it gets past this point and escalates. Not all but so many others. The guy was an azzhole, so what. If he's just not that into you anymore, that's his choice to make. U can't force anyone to be with u. If they do than they do, if not so be it. But u can't make them do anything they don't want to do. He's a dog and a user, so be it. It sux. But that's no excuse to commit a crime. He's not responsible for her behavior. She is. We can't just go Buck wild because we're mad or upset, if a boss pisses someone off, a person can't just go into the office and start tearing up shyt on his desk and in the office. She definitely needs some counseling, to help her learn how to manage emotional health. To me it looks like shes too young mentally to handle heavy emotional relationships, maybe her parents let her date too young or didn't help guide her. Why do people always have to drag their religion into things? This has nothing to do with religion and your god, and you have no idea if she's going to "thank your god" because like many of us, she may not believe in a god or she may believe in a different god entirely. 🙄 "Rejection is always god's protection." 🙄 Your god has a really funny way of showing his love. This has zilch to do with your god and rligion: it is simply one person betraying another, and her actions show how much that can emotionally affect someone. I wish her many happy years full of love with someone who treats her right ahead of her. She is a sincere, honest, beautiful young woman and she deserved better.

@@vorpal22 why do people always have to drag their non beliefs into things... If u don't like it.. Scroll by 🙄🙄🙄 And u sound dumb because I am not pinpointing who she believes in... The one I believe in created her so he knew she would be done wrong and he also created the one who betrayed her... God is in it ALL. It's sad that u get bothered and type a book to someone u don't know because they mention God..and I'm not religious.. I'm spiritual. Do your Googles.. There is a difference. Go pray. U need it.

Destroying someone's property is illegal. Cheating on a girlfriend is not. I thought this was court?

It’s not court. It’s whatever mood the judge is in. White girl always get the judge’s heart because of her daughters. She can’t separate her job from her personal life. She is really an awful judge. Gotta love the man hating here. He s not even a man…he a teen. Already labeling him a scum and cheater etc. wow. Thus is why people can’t be trusted on juries.

From a guy's perspective, he was looking for revenge. Because he didn't get it, he apologized out of public embarrassment. Remember people, you can't beat a dead horse. I hope the defendant is doing better today. In the event she watches the case on YT, I hope you read this: I hope your days in life be as precious as your heart! (:

One thing that Harvey didn't mention is agency law. If someone speaks on your behalf in a business transaction, the authority doesn't have to be explicit authority, it's called apparent authority. That means they don't necessarily have to have authority to speak on your behalf but if the person being negotiated with reasonably believes you have the authority then that is good enough. I worked for a contractor where they sent out notices to all customers when a sales person left the company. This was so the person could not speak on our behalf. If the person who left the company negotiated a deal with a customer on our behalf after leaving, the deal would be valid since the customer reasonably relied on the salesperson to make the deal. So thus the disclaimer sent via USPS.

Like Judge Milian said, she's only in her 20's, to move on. In my personal opinion, she deserves much better! He deserves his new girlfriend.

if i have a son or daughter who cheats on their partner & their partner breaks their stuff, i wouldn’t be getting to partner to pay it back. i would never support my child in their cheating. cheating is fucked up - have some decency and just leave your partner if you want to move on. breaking someone’s things may not be morally right but neither is cheating - actions have consequences! i wish the defendant the best & hope the plantiff learned his lesson although he doesn’t truly seem too apologetic.
