I love both of these men. Keith for not being afraid to be vulnerable, showing that it is okay for men to cry, and Ja-Ron for showing that it's okay to support male friends during emotional times. Grabbing his hand instead of making fun of him or laughing it off is a highly respectable move and shows emotional maturity. I am so happy they came back to film again. Sending hugs to you both!

I understand how Keith feels. I lost the love of my life many years ago. Even though you continue to live life and you know the love of your life would want you to be happy the emotions and pain remains! When I think of him (which is often) I try to only reflect of the good times. I still hear his voice, how he use to say my name and the way he smelled!

I feel so connected to Keith. The words he said. The pain he's holding & forever will. The love of my life passed away & I ask myself the same questions. I say the same words. Sometimes I wish it was me instead of him. Sometimes I feel like I should join him. Just be with him that's all I want. But at the end of the day that's not what he would want. He would want me to live like he couldn't. It's the most painful experience anyone can go through & I hate that he has to go through it because I am & let me tell you. It's not easy. Very simply put. It's unbearable most days. But you have to keep thinking how happy it would make them to see you happy. Even for just a second. That one split second you smile, they smile. I don't even know him but I'm so proud. Just to see him living. Let alone accomplishing so much. I hope to have that growth one day. Like he said, he doesn't want to ever let her go. I never want to let him go. & we never have to because they are always with us. & they love us so much.

These tears are making me feel like my heart is bleeding for this man, and YET, I think to myself how very very blessed he is to have had such a beautiful love that he misses it so much. What a wonderful thing to have experienced in this life time. While we all experience pain, different levels of pain, we do not all ever experience that kind of love. I hope that one day, the pain will become so much less that he never cries about it again, that he just has a total peace of mind and happiness in his heart again. In the meantime, I hope he knows that many others do understand his pain, have felt similar pain to the core and are holding him in our hearts/minds, that is is not alone in his suffering. Sometimes, life just sucks! :( Hang on.
