I know this was posted 3 mo ago, but just wanted to answer your question about what type of videos I like. I LOVE the day in the life videos. Especially the longer ones since my cardio sessions are so long. Even though I won't be competing in the Wellness class, your videos are so interesting and distract me from the cardio. I like hearing about how you're feeling throughout prep as well since this is my first prep, it kind of gives me an idea of what to expect as the weeks go by ♡ thanks for always being amazing, Julia! 🦋

I really like the videos that just take us through your day. Your workouts at the gym, meal-planning, ect ... Because you are you and the videos you do are fun and inspirational, I enjoy watching how you, as an individual, go about your routine and whatever is new in your day/life. I can find content videos and books galore. But it is your personality and style and life that make the videos really fun to watch. I learn new things from every video you put out. I think that when you took a break from competing your youtubes got better because you showed more of your life and that you were not perfect and figuring things out over time. That is very relatable to so many people! I don't watch reality shows but I really like watching your videos because you're living your life and showing us what you've learned and how you've grown. I like lots of stuff you post, recipes, cardio, weight lifting, makeup and prep, and off-season. I watch because I like your workouts and physique and think you're really inspiring but most of all I like your honesty and that you show us your personality. I appreciate all the content. I will say I particularly enjoy the topic videos though. Love the fitness attire hauls, high protein foods and snacks, I’d love to see how you do your check in. I cannot master a check in with lighting and camera angles for the life of me. What your foods look like when you’re really dieting down. How to handle cravings- boring meals- basically getting thru the battles of a prep lol I watch during my cardio too ❤ Thank you!

I like videos like this one. It feels more like a conversation with my friend who shares good tips and advice.😊 I love how the workouts and daily “in my life” content is sprinkled throughout. What was very helpful with this particular video was how you explained how you adjusted the meals when you began to feel hungrier. I personally would like more of this because more volume but tasty alternatives seem a lot more doable. Everything looked delicious which isn’t always easy on a cut.

New subie here 👋 I love all your videos, my suggestion would be to vlog as you normally do (whatever season your in) and post that once a week and once a week have a topic specific video from your list if that isn’t too much. I know you also have your podcast video which we love too. But yea maybe having some sort of routine in your uploads like you kinda already do. We love learning about the season your in and everything in between, it’s all so informative 😊❤
