Sach mein maine yeh wali same exercise Kari thi. Jo mere se nhi hoti thi wo mai skip krti thi ... Meri pain bilkul theek hai tab se... Maine sirf 15 days yeh exercise ki thi.but mai subah aur raat ko hot bag se lower back pe heat krti thi .aur yeh exercise krne se pehle subah bhi hotbag se heat krti thi And 4 days physiotherapy karwayi thi bs Thanks a lot for this video

I've been feeling down because of this issue for years. Im in my late 20s. Although i don't understand Hindi, your video is very much clear and comprehensive. There are very few people talk about this Hypolordosis isse on KZbin. Thanks to you. (If uou could add English subtitles, it would be great) Will you do more videos and explanation on this hypolordosis and create a separate playlist for it. please? It will be useful for many viewers. You can do chest supported exercises such as incline bench barbell row, machine exercises and pull-ups for back, for legs dumbell lunges and dumbell split leg squat. Avoid barbell exercises

I was fall down from 1st floor in 2019 but at that time it was little bit paining and doctor has given me some pills after some weeks i was ok.But since 2 months my lower back was paining too much so i did x-ray and in that written was loss of lumbar lordosis.I was shocked at the age of 17 i am going from very pathetic life😢.

Sir mere ko loss of lumbar lordisis huva hai or l5s1 disk bulg . Mere ko extreme pain nahi hai very light pain and no pain with legs , can i do this exercise??? Doctor told me to take complete bed rest for 15 days and not to bend and ride bikes

Can due to bandscheibenvorfall L5S1, and muscle spasm in the lower back, loss of normal lordosis curvature occur. (flat back) And will that lordosis return to normal when the bandscheibenvorfall heals.

1st of all thank you so much for considering me and my services for your health issues. Painkillers are never been good for our body so its better to avoid untill and unless you pain becomes unbearable. If you want to examine your body status regarding these kind of pain you can go for bone mineral density test, HLAB27 test and vitamin B12 test. These test will help. As per as treatment is point of concern, i would like to sugest to do these exercises for 2 months if you feel that your wife have this problem.

I was facing back pain problem form last 6/7 months. In my xray report I found "Normal vertebral curvature is straightened." Doctor give me only some pain killer medicine but i think those are not working properly. So Can I do this exercise for my pain?

take a towel.. and fold it 4 times.. now roll it and make a towell roll.. you can use this towell roll instead of foam roller

My X Ray report is that .......................... straightening of lumbar vertebrae are noted due to paravertebral myospasm . I.V.D Disc are Preserved ......................................... Can I do this exercise and how can it be treated ?

Can lumbar lordisis cause muscular spasm in front and back neck?? I have lumbar lordosis from 5 months after c-section delivery and now facing different problem including chest pain along with shoulder,elbow,arms and neck pain. Found your exercises beneficial hope these will help.

Actually I guess I have arthritis as my pain moved to my knees and knuckles. So it can be autoimmune diseases. I will have ESR test soon.

aap fikar mat kijiye .. aap ki bharpoor help karunga aur poori koshish karunga k aapka pain aur other symptoms thik ho jaye... ek toh ye exercises kijiye aur aap meri disc bulge wali bhi video dekh lijiye... uski bhi exercises kijiye... 1 month tak kijiye phir bataiye... pahle 10 din karne k baad check kariye k pain kam ho raha h ya koi farak nhi pad raha ya phir pain badh gya.. ye zarur bataiye... wish you all the best

thorasic spine me comparatively kam curve hota hai.. but agar woh curvature zada ho jaye toh usko kyphosis bolte hai... jo peeche se dekhne me thoda kubda lagta hai aur back pain hota hai.. toh iske liye kuch easy aur bahot hi effective exercises hoti hai.. but uspar vdo nhi banai maine... aapke kahne par mai kal hi banata hu aur sunday ko uplaod ho jayegi.. plzz wait kar lijiyega..aur mere chanel ko subscribe kar lijiye

I too have straighten lumbor lodosis..should I avoid forward bending? also can I use a back support belt ?

Avoid slouch posture.. avoid forward bending... sit straight.. do some back strengthening exercises.. there is no need of support belt.. For exercises you can take one or two online session with me
