ZFG says "Dude" 2.- 12:50 - 13:00 ZFG is told he is coping when it comes to him missing the Ganon castle escape "kissing Zelda" setup,ZFG continues to blame N64 lag but adds his intentions to play safe and not die due to being low on hearts as another potential reason. ZFG says "Dude" 3.- 13:13 - 13:23 ZFG misses multiple hits againts Ganon's tail with the hammer. ZFG dies in the Ganon fight. ZFG blames the lag and the hammer. ZFG says "Dude" 4.- 13:23 - 13:25 ZFG says he does not have another bombchu . ZFG says "Dude" 5.- 13:25 - 13:30 ZFG reiterates that he doesnt have another bombchu,and explains he doesn't have it for Castle collapse skip. ZFG says he does not know how to do the HESS skip. ZFG says "Dude" 6.- 13:36 - 13:43 ZFG attempts the Ganon castle's "kissing Zelda" setup. ZFG misses it again. ZFG says the infamous "No dude" Like the comment for more "Dude" counts on future/past videos.

Regarding Nintendo’s recent actions on emulation, this is the only solution: *All types of intellectual property (IP) laws must be fully abolished immediately, in any and all jurisdictions worldwide.* All IP laws are extremely unethical for humankind. Against Intellectual Monopoly is the most informative book humanity has on the subject now. Against Intellectual Property is _another_ incredible essay, but it’s written with right-libertarian rhetoric so if you’re, like me, not right-libertarian you’ll have to read with an open mind and extract the essential info. _Only_ these two texts are the gold standard when it comes to intellectual property.

Copyright law exists to protect the creations of an individual or company so that a copyright is not used abusively by a foreign individual or company. This makes it so that no individual or company can use a foreign IP for their own personal gain; Ideas are universal yes, however, execution is not and it is the execution of an idea or set of ideas that Copyright Law protects. Any individual or company who has a copyright may chose to lessen or increase the restrictions on that copyright, or detail how that copyright may be used by foreign individuals or companies. By 'personal gain' I mean monetization or appropriation of an IP that is not the users; Personal use and modification, or modification without monetization as well as not claiming the base IP as yours is generally allowed. Some companies, like Nintendo, are quite protective of their IPs and do not wish for foreign parties to utilize them for monetary gain (I.E., do not directly monetize mods, musical covers, gameplay, or merchandise without the Nintendo Seal of Approval) or in a way which harms Nintendo's current sales. The reason Nintendo has gone after emulators like Yuzu is that it is offering a free alternative to the current-gen Nintendo console, harming Switch sales. Furthermore, the creation of an emulator is not a creative endeaver, you are just replicating the effect of something else and any individual or company who chooses to prosecute you for creating and distributing such a program is fully in their rights. The most likely reason Nintendo has not prosecuted for emulators such as PJ64 or Dolphin, is that the consoles that they replicate are not being sold anymore; They do not cut into Nintendo's sales; The amount of time and money that would go into prosecuting these emulators is simply not worth it. "It is not what you did, that angers me so, but who you did it to." Nintendo does not care and, quite frankly, can not care, if you program your own emulator and use it personally; If the parent company behind Yuzu had kept the emulator private for just a few years more then they likely would not have been sued, and Citreon would have likely been left alone. As an individual, you have boundaries of what you can do to someone else's IP, if your creativity carries you beyond those boundaries, put effort in and change the base of your creation away from the what it was originally, move it to an engine that allows free or licensed use if it was originally a mod of a game, or do not monetize it. Copyright Law exists to breed creativity by not allowing people to simply copy the work of others, and only hinders copycats who want to make some easy money abusing the sales a popular item. Copy, paste, and some texture changes is the same as if you walked into a store bought an item and walked out, slapped a label on it, and sold it again; A form of stealing, while not direct, is still stealing.
