Most people overestimate the progress they can make in 1 month but underestimate the progress that can be made in 1 year. Fitness & nutrition is a long game successful through consistency & patience. The day to day grind may not feel effective, but it is over time. Too many people try to take the shortcut route to get to their goal weight; there is no shortcut.

Eating 2-3 times a day is a modern thing. People used to eat once a day and sometimes not even that often.

Some people do you have to eat breakfast I am trying to do fasting can I break it with whatever I want first and then work myself through eating a little healthy
