Wow. The voice actors he had included in the video provide even more of a nod to today's lack of personal opinion. Both the slime and the soldier's actors have content that is usually considered cringy, the sniper's actor is someone just launching their career, easily lured into believing what is and what is not cancer, and the scout and medic'a actor has made quite a name for himself as a voice actor, thus avoiding being childish altogether.

FULL UNNECESSARY ANALYZATION: the scout represents childhood, or young people with immature minds, seeking advice. he asks why is it that people refer to his favorite things as cancer, and is worried because he started noticing it as well. we all know what "cancer" refers to, and why people say things are "cancer" (fandoms of any type of media that give too much cringe) when asked if he tried thinking for himself, scout had a realization: that hes just "falling into an endless pit" where he just keeps loving his favorite thing, becoming in denial of the bad side of it. scout being nude represents "vulnerability", being fragile and sensitive when haters get to him. next, we see two adults, staring blankly in an office, and scout, still naked, scared and inside a white box. that box represents his "safe space", and the environment outside the box, including the adults, represent "reality". scout realizes he's scared to face the truth, to grow up. the medic represents the adults or those of mature minds, and the slime represents the fandom. someone warns about it giving cancer to people, but everyone still wants to go and touch it. it represents how the types of media we are cringing about still allures us and gets us interested. medic states the obvious, that if we just ignore them and let them be without making ourselves more agitated by giving those fandoms our attention, then there wouldnt be a problem. medic also points out another slime, but that slime represents other fandoms. they also give cancer, but nobody has complained about them (yet) because they're probably seen as " not as bad", yet they are no different the soldier represents the haters, eager to bother fandoms believing it will go away the more you bully it, but in reality is just a stupid idea, and they get cancer, and are cancer themselves (remember its all an allegory lmao) finally scout (kid) matured and turned into medic (adult), but felt "incomplete" since they now see that no matter what you like, people will view them as cancer, and now the feeling will remain, forever devoid of what makes them genuinely happy

OOOOOH, I SEE NOW! The scout represents the young childish mind of someone that enjoys a type of media but is conflicted by people's opinions about the things he likes. Most people would call the media he likes "cancer", which could be referencing Undertale and FNaF. The naked part I honestly don't know, it's pretty weird for me. We then cut to the city scene, where a giant blob is supposedly giving people cancer whenever someone touches it. This is supposed to represent the mind of someone that see's a type of media as cancer but can't help to interact with it instead of ignoring it and moving on with their day. When the medic says "If you stop letting it touch you, maybe it'll go away", it references how most of the people that see something as cancer could completely avoid it instead of interact with it and letting it bother them even more. The soldier represents "haters", who believe that they can completely get rid of the media they hate just by calling it cancer, or in this case, giving it cancer. The last part I don't get either, I'll leave it up to you guys.

the last part, where the scout becomes the medic, I think, Represents the childish youth moving on from these kinds of media, regardless of other's opinions, as for "feeling incomplete", I think that's just the representation of how he can now choose to stay with that media without fear of people's opinions, or move on from it, allowing it to move on. Ultimately it's as though he was given the choice to choose. Free will, basically.

Mazin The end part has the Scout(well, now Medic) realizing how much he has missed, as well as realizing just how much he doesn't know about or at least yet, as he doesn't really have any full opinion. There is an area of grey to everything- not everything is a complete black and white, nor could you necceaarily form a complete opinion as there is so many positives and negatives. To add on to this feeling, the video also cuts off early, a second away from complete, giving you that same disatisfied, incomplete feeling about the video.

This is a brilliant allegory for Team Fortress 2. When people decide they want to play the game competitively, they typically start out as something like Scout mains, because the class gives the potential to rush the Intelligence, get all up in people's faces, and generally be the "hero" of the team. It isn't until the initial allure of that wears off that Scunts realize all they're really doing is being completely counterproductive, and making things less fun for everyone else. At that point, one either becomes cynical of the whole system and embraces madness as a Hoovy or something, or, if that desire to compete and win on the game's own terms remains, only then can one make that leap in emotional maturity necessary to take on the mantle of the Medic; a role that isn't glamourous, that won't score you any epic victories, that requires you to throw yourself into other people's messes and be completely selfless, that will paint a target on your back from every Sniper from here to Oklahoma, that may even cause your own team to scream at you, but is ultimately a path to a true, meaningful and authentic life.
