How to Make a Domed Foam Shield. DIY Wonder Woman/ Captain America Cosplay Shield

Learn how to make a really strong, light, cosplay shield out of EVA foam.
In this video I show an excellent way to form EVA foam floor mats into a smooth dome by using an exercise ball, some cling wrap, tape and contact cement. This makes a shield that is the perfect shape for a Captain America shield, or a Wonder Woman shield.
I only show how to shape the foam in this video, but if you are going to etch lines into your foam shield, I recommend drawing them while the foam is still flat. It's so much easier!
