I don’t know if you will read this but a helpful tip is the parchment paper, sleeves , paper bags that are the packaging for the bánh mī sandwiches are there to help catch the crumbs and sauces so in the future you can keep it on and roll or pull them back as you bite to help you🥒🥬. Can’t wait for more vegan foods adventures 🤗

Just Green also secretly offers vegan mayo for their banh mi ;) I used to work there, and personally love this mix: butter, pate, extra cha Lua (the veg ham), and extra veggies, soy sauce, chilli and mayo. The red sauce is a vegan tuna/tomato sauce! Lots of garlic and onion in that so super fragrant 😋 but I prefer without it!

Yummmm. Another fab video. Oh man, another Melbourne recommendation - Trang Bakery in Collingwood does the BEST VEGAN BAHN MI I've ever had. The lineup by midday on a weekday is usually down the street and they do a HUGE selection of vegan meats, plus lemongrass tofu and deep fried eggplant. You've got to try it sometime!

If you're in Melbourne go to la Panella ! They have a tleast 6 different vegan Bahn mi, sooo goood! There's pork, chicken, meetballs I can't remember all of them but amaaazziiinng! Also most of the bakery is vegan, they have sweets and pies and it's very much an old daggy Vietnamese bakery that lots of people don't know about, love it.

Look I really tried to rate using the .5 system but it don't work. About 4 Banh Mis were 4.5s but some were definitely closer to 4s and others to 5s so...... the tenths come in!

I went to delish and is very plain, wouldn't recommend, aunty tree was ok but the restaurant smells like meat and it was very unpleasant Alan's is great, DK station is the best!
