Cab Ride Rochers de Naye Mountain Railway, Part 1

Cab Ride from Rochers de Naye to Montreux. Part 1 is depicting the ride from the summit on Rochers de Naye to Paccots on the
Montreux-Glion-Rochers-de-Naye railway (French: Chemin de fer Montreux-Glion-Rochers-de-Naye).
The line is an electrically operated rack railway with a track gauge of 80 cm (2 ft 7 1⁄2 in). The line connects the resort of Montreux on the shores of Lake Geneva with the Rochers de Naye mountain.

The video was shot in late december with hardly any snow yet for that year. On 1st of april there is a high likelyhood to find snow higher up when ascending the Rochers de Naye, i.e. above 1600m to 1800m of altitude
