Thank you for uploading the Israeli Palestinian Retreat meetings in Plum Village. 19 years have passed since then and peace has not yet arrived and the conflict is still raging. Thich Nhat Hanh's words elated me. This week Russia invaded Ukraine. The forces of evil have raised their heads. I will continue to practice mindfulness. The body and mind need to heal every day. Resting in God Here & now I have arrived I am home In the here In the now I am solid I am free In the ultimate I dwell

Its amazing to hear that Thay washed the dishes with ashes. When I was I child and lived in the countryside it was very common to use ashes as soap to clean the dishes. I was born in a very smal village in Brazil.

Thank you dear Thay, may we touch the happiness in the here and now as we wash the baby Buddha and take a step. May we not act unskillfully and unmindfully and offer only peace, solidity, nonfear, compassion and wisdom. Knowing violence feeds violence may we disrupt the violence starting with ourselves and in the world 🙏

Thay does walk like a buddha. To see him demonstrate how to kneel down and look at something on the ground is a precious image I will always remember for how to walk mindfully and be joyfully present in the here and now.

A true ambassador for peace... I cried the day you passed... I knew a great light had left the world... Hatred is a fire that must be transmuted... He used a technique to maintain his peace whilst walking through it. He used his light as a barrier to protect himself from the dark and maintain his inner light to weather the storm as the bible says to maintain one's own oil. Another technique that can be used from which a person absorbs the hatred of others through extreme empathy and transmutes it into compassion and gives anything that poors out of the cup back to God to handle. This brings the transmutation of others' darkness into light that you add to your small light of compassion to spark another. This synchronicity with gods will will amplify your power of light but it will curse those who take it without permission or through evil intent. Like the ark of the covenant the curse is catastrophic.. Isolation is key and interfering with someone in the middle of their ascension has detrimental effects on those that dable in a healers energy when they are transmuting energy as a condiut for God's will. Witchcraft and satanic harvesting uses the opposite of such things. They feed off the innocent. Their sacrificing to the fallen will not bring them the power they wish... The red hefers were slain in Texas...
