It is so special to see this early version of one of the most beautiful songs ever written. To hear Freddy sing it all the way thru without any audience participation, is stunning. + Anna BananasI did, in the 70's to Night At The Opera! It was wonderful! I'm now 63 and you should really listen to the editorial that was written about that album. It was done after Freddie died and if is really good. They (the band) thought that Bohemian Rhapsody should NOT have been the single, and they were really surprised when it made it! It really is excellent and I know you would appreciate it. I watched it on You Tube about 3 years ago, so it SHOULD still be here!

Hell, I dont think I can even go to the Fleetwood Mac concert without Lindsay Buckingham. I saw Stevie Nicks a couple of years ago. But I'd love to see Fleetwood Mac, oh well, same with AC/DC.

Agreed, I think as far singing and a display of Freddie's vocal brilliance it's amazing and the greatest exhibition of it in it's simple splendour, but Bohemian Rhapsody is the greatest song ever in my opinion, like "Time" by Pink Floyd it's 3 songs packed into one absolute masterpiece.

Brian talks about his parents flying iver for this concert. it was the first time they had seen Queen live. his father was against him going off with a band, but backstage, after this show, his father told him "I get it now". Brian cried when he told that story and said "thank you Madison Square Garden".

Watching this on my iPad w/headphones at 12:32am...I had to hold my wife's hand. She woke, and I just had to tell her she's the love of my life...she answered " I love you, too..." and went right back back to sleep...snoring. Thank you, Freddie, Brian, Roger and John. So much better than the recorded version on the album with all its overdubs, over instrumentation, and manipulated studio effects. All you need is a good accompanist like Brian May on a 12-string, an appreciative audience, and Freddie singing his heart out in front of you in the same room.

When I was 16 years old, I got in trouble for running away with my boyfriend, so my dad took away my tickets to see Queen for the first time ever. I was heartbroken, but I still got to see the concert! because Queen, Freddie are in my heart! my mind and my soul! all I had to do was close my eyes and there I was, first row, center stage, and I still do the same thing to this very day!

He flew them over on the Concord (which Brian's dad actually worked on as an engineer) and it is at that concert they learn what a special, talented, awesome son they had and how good Queen really was.
