Plant based is the answer. So love the image of everyone in the kitchen sharing the joy of cooking. Having said that, there's great frozen and dried vegis. For the "non cook" I get it. Sometimes I go for the simple prep, as you do. I can get frozen, precooked rice, etc, and vegis. The outcome is interesting. I also love playing with herbs and spices. Thanks for introducing us to Cathy, and her book. Nice to find more and more people who are learned in the ways of plant based.
