I am 42 and just came out last year because of my religious background. I was raised in a very, very religious home. Grew up with a lot of self hate and was suicidal throughout my teen years and on. My thanksgiving dinner was roasted brussel sprouts with parmesan, roasted potatoes with parmesan, roasted butternut with cinnamon and candied pecans, roasted sweet potato with cinnamon and brown sugar, tofurkey, corn bread, salad with cinnamon and apples and blue cheese, apple pie, pumpkin pie, ice cream. It was soooo good :) Don't need meat for a good meal :)
