I mean it is how it is for most bands: vocals get the most attention but i think people, especially now with the amazing instrumentals, seem to recognise Ash, Mark and Joe a lot more which i love. I am just happy that these talented people found eachother and it would not be the same if any of them was missing :) It is also the fact that majority of us found them through Will because he just has a pretty big community already, so of course people are gonna cling onto the guy they already know.

Fun facts: Lovejoy was going to kick Perfume, but decided to keep it in when TommyInnit said he liked it. Model Buses is about Boris Johnson. In Model Buses, when they say "wait", a picture of Boris appears on the birds face. The bird on the album cover is named Peebee. A lot of the songs in the LP have the rest of the band as background singers. The drummer played a lot of 16ths on the drums in the song Concrete (it's a very hard consistent beat to do when playing). I believe the line that goes "You say your ex-boyfriends a police man, I say you need better standards is meant to represent acab or police brutality or something (but I could be wrong). Wilbur really liked the original It's All Futile! It's All Pointless! (IAFIAP) and said it was one of his best made songs, but had so much more potential, so he and Lovejoy remade it to give it it's full potential again, and you can listen to the mood differences in the two and see how much happier he's gotten.

I was waiting for this video since the release, glad you enjoy the EP :) I was never really fangirling for anyone but holyy how Lovejoy has changed that. They really outdid themselves with this one...vocals? amazing. lyrics? genius. instrumentals? insane. I am so excited for their future and seeing them grow and very happy that i was there since day one. Will said they are already working on the next thing...a smaller thing which is supposed to come out by the end of the year and after that they are doing a full album!!

PebbleBrain is such a vibe for me like its just so so good !! if you saw the whole ep in my spotify On Repeat playlist, you wouldn't believe me when i say it took time to grew on me, and i actually liked only a couple of songs from PB; concrete and perfume. but as i listened to it more, i ended up falling in love with oyygc? and yuwyo because there's just something about them that scratches my brain. also the last lines from yuwyo: "And you think that it gets better Just you wait until next week You're keeping a dark secret But you're talking in your sleep" and then the instrumental hits and lasts until the end of the song?
