Va and Load Factor

The easiest way to understand load factor is understanding what the airplane is doing to create lift. This video discusses Va max maneuver speed and load factor to help the viewer understand the principles involved.

Hello, thank you for the video.To confirm my understanding...on cessna's, the positive g design is around 3.8g. So the Va will ensure an AOA of approx 5 degrees?
