I like to eat cottage cheese with fruit and some nuts for my breakfast. It keeps me full until the afternoon. I will sometimes switch it up and do eggs for breakfast which also keeps me full until lunch time. These breakfast choices also do not upset my very sensitive stomach. Thank you for this video.

don't be scared off that you have high cholesterol. they really changed the levels of what is normal through the years. cholesterol is super important for your brain :)

Elevated cholesterol is not a concern if someone with a healthy, normal weight. Cholesterol. There is dietary cholesterol and cholesterol that your body makes. If you consume more diet cholesterol your body will produce less cholesterol to balance you. Cholesterol is important for not just a brain, but all cells of the body for regeneration repair and growth.

As a medical professional, your cart has exactly what I buy. lol Great job girl. A few items i have to get like bone broth. Your groceries are the same as mine. Will subscribe to your channel. I got up to 180 last year. After less than 2 weeks i am down 10 pounds already just from swimming working out at LA fitness and these foods. Another healthy one is Lentils lots of fiber. You go girl! Thanks for taking the time to help others.

Started my journey after having 2 kids only 2 years apart. Since November im 20lbs down. Only got about 5 or 6lbs to get to my goal weight but going to try gain more muscle now so definitely need more protein
