I freaking love your channel and have been watching for at least 7 years! I love when Ryan or Luke makes a cameo, but I truly love that you didn't change your channel to a "Mommy" channel once you had Luke. You give super practical nutrition/meal prep advice and it's helped me so much. Can't wait to see your new kitchen!!!

Katie, I really enjoy your grocery haul, meal prep, and what I eat in a day videos for meal ideas! I’ve been eating clean (mostly whole, unprocessed, low carb foods) for several years now, and I 100% agree that my taste buds have changed, and I really enjoy the taste and texture of healthy foods, whereas junk food is greasy, overly sweet, and disgusting to me now. I just want to give some hope to people who are trying to make the change to eating whole foods that your taste buds and cravings will totally change; you just have to give it some time and reduce (preferably cut out) sugar and processed carbs. I shop the perimeter of the grocery store instead of the aisles so that I don't have to rely on willpower at home to eat clean. Sending hope and love to everyone in the community for a healthy and happy 2025! You got this!

I haven’t finished the video yet, but I can’t wait to watch it in its entirety! I was wondering if you have any meal prep tips-not just for yourself and your partner, but also for preparing meals for your child. I’m about to become a mom, so any advice on staying healthy, being productive, and taking care of my family would be super helpful!

The thing that made meal prepping click for me is the different cooking modalities you have. I have a four burner stove so I can cook protein while my rice cooks in the instapot, but would have to wait for veggies to bake the yogurt chicken. I am so close to trying this. Maybe by the end of January 🤞🏻

Katie, I finally found some air fryer sheets. I can't wait to try them out. Also, thanks for the staples. It makes more sense to use the same options for different meals. I used to think it's weird because I was the only one doing it here, but I had to realize that not everyone is willing to be unpicky and adaptable for the better health.

What you said about being okay with eating the same things is what I needed to hear. Maybe I need to try to have more basic meals. It's hard when I'm the one cooking for my family of 4, and I want everyone to think that what I make is delicious. But you know what, my kids actually prefer basic, so maybe I'm really just trying to impress myself 😂

I had a baby a little over 4 months ago. Before I had my daughter I ate tons of protein and healthy fruits and veggies. I followed a workout plan that was for building lots of muscle. It's so hard to get motivated to get back to it. I have to start meal prepping! Talking about being ok with eating the same things is great because I feel like changing it up can throw you off at times. Can you touch base on a healthy alternative to sugary coffee creamer. That's my problem in the mornings. I drink a ton of coffee and alot of my calories come from my international delight coffee creamer.
@xseaangelxКүн бұрын
@@KaylaLorge Girlllllll, a few months ago, my friend introduced me to Chobani's natural creamers. They are delicious and don't have chemicals in them. I was trying to find something to get my husband & son off of the International D... I never used the creamers but Chobani has stolen the hearts of my entire family. I use a splash (less than a tbsp) of it & then fill the rest with skim milk in my espresso. It's fantastic. Right now, the Peppermint Mocha flavor is our favorite. They have plain, other seasonal flavors such as Pumpkin Spice (not available now) and several other flavors. They even have a "Barista Oatmilk Creamer" - soooo good! Let me know of you try it & what you think. Enjoy. Congrats on your new little angel. 🩷
@sadagicousowens7217Күн бұрын
Hey. LSF has Miss Congeniality (mood boost), which tastes like a creamer, but you can make your very own coffee creamer. Katie mentioned how she makes her morning coffee in the recent morning and what she eats in a day of KZbin videos. You can also check out their website for recipes. Hope this helps. 😉
