Love the video! I especially love that it is a standing ab routine and only 5-minutes. Crunches suck sometimes and it’s nice to work the abs while standing. I would absolutely love to see more routines like this!

LOVE!!! My ABS are awake! I really enjoyed that video. For someone with a bad back, it was nice to get some core work in while standing and without doing a crunch!

LOVE this! I have a gym membership, but it’s so hard to get to go consistently because I have a toddler, so I have to have someone to babysit to go. This is a realistic workout for a working mom! Thank you so much 💜

Great workout. I only have time in the morning for about a 4 to 5 minute workout. Each day I do something different. Arms, abs, butt, and cardio. My area that I am working on the most again is my abs. Thank you.

Love all your videos! I would LOVE to see more standing ab routines or even ab routines that would be easy on the low back. Sometimes, I have low back issues and I have to modify a lot of the moves, which is still good. ☺️

I love tis workout! I have a lot of issues with my back swaying, so standard on the floor abs can be difficult for me to really focus on abdominals, and it ends up being like a back AND ab workout. I would love more of these, and going into how to properly engage our cores in workouts and other moves, even when they aren't specifically abdominals.

Thanks for the great video, can't wait to try this workout :) I have a small question regarding Vital proteins products : I saw on their website that the quality of the product is random and that some people have heartburn while using it. How about you ? Did you have that kind of problem ? Would you recommend Vital proteins for anyone ?

Are you a fitness coach? I love your story and feel so much of it is like mine. I too am 5’5” but weigh 196 I miss being 125. I’ve noticed my mental health has struggled so much. I don’t think being skinny will heal my mental health but it will make it less difficult. I’ve tried Beachbody but physically struggled with the high expectations for me.

this is a really strange one - my trouble spot is fat around my knees - I have tree trunks for legs but I'd love to see more of my knee to actually show some shape to my legs. Don't know if that's possible. :-)

Its better to workout before eating because when you’re working out you work the fat and not the food however it’s hard for some people to do that so it’s recommended to eat something small first then workout
