Can you please recommend 2 simple recipes for my morning and lunch? And also which basic protein powder should I get to put in both?

A good smoothie should have -scoop of protein -cup of greens -3/4 cup of fruit -cup of liquid (milk,water...) -tablespoon of fat (peanut butter, avocado, nuts...) Then just make it your own and try different flavors

You can totally do protein in something as simple as water, but adding a nut milk, greens and a little fruit + protein powder is truly the best. I use my LSF Plant Protein powder, highly recommend -- my.lovesweatfitness.com :)

I love watching your videos! I don't have hypothyroidism but I do have an auto-immune condition that requires me to change up my diet and your is similar to mine but with much more "greens" so thank you for showing me how to incorporate healthy easily "digestible" greens. My question was regards to a video you posted in April, your morning routine one. I didn't see a link or any mention in the comments but I really loved the MAC custom eyeshadows you use and was curious as to what colours you use in your quads. I have a few custom ones myself but I feel I need to change them a bit. I also loved the lipstick you use. I use very similar makeup colours! Natural makeup look = so pretty! (Even though you're just as gorgeous without makeup!) xoxo

You can always modify. Sometimes she gives modifications, but you can also google alternatives. Also, just see what feels best for you. What works for someone else may not be for you. It’s a ton of trial and error but you’ll get better every day :)

I have a bad lower back and I don’t jump. I usually “step out” for jumping jacks, burpees etc. Doing her workouts really helps with core muscles and has therefore helped my back 😊

Yes! You can make modifications for any of the workouts, or even take breaks in between the exercises!

Oh my gosh, the protein in chocolate is powdery smooth and taste amazing with no chalky feel or aftertaste. I mix it in shaker bottle and never have lumps. 🤤😁

I would suggest doing research on what vax you are interested in and speak with your medical doctor about how it could effect your thyroid as well :)

I'm so bummed I just discovered this channel, I can relate to you on so many levels. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and have been struggling with up and down weight gain and loss for many many years, my heaviest being 280 on March 2020. I am currently 220 and now it's like I'm stuck at this weight. I wish I would've known about the summer challenge and the $1000 giveaway but more importantly the year supply of your products! That is exactly what I would need for a new perspective new motivation. I'm literally doing EVERYTHING and I literally feel like just giving up, but the only reason I'm not is my husband and my children. I feel so hopeless.

The last posts feel like commercial and advertisement only. The posts used to be fun and helpful but this is not the case anymore....now it is commercial and advertisement of the products only. One of the main ideas behind a day in the life video is for me to show what I do, what I use, etc. If I don't talk about the things I use, there will be a ton of comments asking.
