Low carb bread! 5 minutes to mix! Soft and airy! Low carb, gluten free and delicious! With a crispy crust and airy, soft interior.
Free from artificial thickeners, yeast and microbiota-damaging sweeteners. They are prepared very quickly - kneading the dough takes 5-10 minutes. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. Ideal for sandwiches and burgers.
INGREDIENTS:
✔️ 150g Almond Flour.
✔️ 40g psillium (plantain).
✔️ 3 egg whites.
✔️ Salt to taste.
✔️ 10g baking soda.
✔️ 20g apple cider vinegar.
✔️ 200ml boiling water.
✔️ 1 chayana spoon butter (ghee, coconut also works) for greasing baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Calories - 365.62 kcal.
Protein - 18.32g.
fat - 31.46 g.
Carbohydrate - 8.62 g.
The weight of 1 bun is 40-50 g.
