I used this dough to make low carb cinnamon rolls and they turned out Fantastic! After you roll it out just smear it with a paste made from cinnamon, butter and sukrin brown sugar. I added pecans, rolled, cut and then placed close together in a greased pie pan. Mine made 10 good sized rolls. Even my carb loving co-workers thought they were great :)

I made these. loved them doubled the recipe. I put the egg in the warm cheese then added flours. came together easy. I did not roll out either. I did them smaller than hers, similar to yours. I then sprinkled unsweetened coconut on top of them and a small amount of sugar free jam in the middle. they were so good. I have for breakfast with bullet coffee. yummy recipe

Hi Kristie, I discovered your channel just a week ago and oh my goodness, you're a wonderful inspiration! You're recipes look amazing and I'm so anxious to try each one of them! As a southern girl, I was raised on these types of foods. I have missed them so much with my new lifestyle but yet I don't feel I have been deprived either lol funny how that works ;). Finding your recipes though has helped me to see that I can maintain this lifestyle and. It miss out on the things that I have loved since I was a child. I made the change to a Keto lifestyle about 3.5 months ago and I'm 41lbs down. I feel so much better and I'm enjoying my life so much more. My children and my husband are what inspire me and motivate me each day. My husband has came along on this journey with me and I feel so blessed to have his full support. I did want to ask, do you have the macros for this recipe? Thank you so much for all you do! God bless

I don't use a microwave, I wonder if I was to place the bowl in hot water to warm it, I tried using that trick for other things that needed do to be softened by heating. My son bought a bunch of that brand jellies, I don't care for them, they have a watery taste, maybe one flavor might be better than another. I' might make these with just the bottom and filling, I think if my son wants fruit, he can add it himself. I think less is more sometimes with pastries. What a nice recipe!

Love these ingredients😘 I completely understand why you mention that you've tripled the recipe so many times, because no matter how many times you say it, a viewer will ask about it🙊 You're a great teacher! You need your own network food channel! Has anybody ever tried isomalt as a sweetener? It taste exactly like sugar but I'm not sure if you can bake with it. I know that sugar-free Lifesavers, jolly ranchers and other candies are made with it and it is true zero carb. Not that fake zero carb from maltol.
Wait.. did you triple it? J/k.. but yes , I don't think it necessary to mention it each time, almost coming off condescending even tho I'm sure you don't mean it that way. I enjoy your videos.

That looks like a really good dough! You're doing better with your mise en place! Though, some of the mistakes you've made could have been avoided with a little more attention to it. If I recall, the recipe called for egg yolk only, you put in the entire egg. Next time, I suggest you separate the eggs before the video as a part of your mise en place. You'll get better over time and this video has much better audio than your earlier videos and you did a great job! :)
@lilrustee8 жыл бұрын
No, the original recipe in the link called for a whole egg in the dough. It's the filling that uses a yolk only.
