The best way is in dinner only take chicken or keema with lots of salad mint chutney or yoghurt and eat early eat walk and avoid eating rice and roti to bring sugar level down quickly only 3 months control it will give benifit to become normal and control portion only with little effort for whole life will be sugar finish inshallah but follow the Dr instruction so nice meal plans told every diabetics patient should follow to live healthy happy life a lots of thanks to Dr stay healthy life amin 🙏 Allah bless you amin.

Your diet plans are nice but the problem is that if i eat as per your plan then i feel very hungry at night. Your diet plans are not very filling. Especially if i walk after the dinner then i feel very hungry at night hence I have to eat something. I eat almonds, walnuts or roasted chick peas or peanut butter with apple or one bran bread slice. Sometimes i drink milk. Please also make a vlog on milk, yogurt as well. Can i drink milk before going to o the bed? Thank yoh ver much.

I have a video about milk you can search in my video list. Diabetes only be controlled with the portion control you could increase protein portion in your diet+ its really necessary to eat on limited level specially on night in order to control fasting sugar levels..!

yogurt is not healthy option for dinner If you ate your dinner at 7pm then you can have snacks around 10:30 atleast 1 hour before you sleep and make sure to take green tea before bed also

Meat doesn't increase uric acid.read David perlmutter book drop acid.75 % uric acid comes from body.20% comes from fructose and glucose and 10% from sardine ( small fish). so the main culprit of uric acid is fructose and glucose not meat.many English doctors have been taking carnivore diet for more than twenty years and their uric acid is normal.carnivore diet is only to eat meat

Assalamualaikum.Mari mama Ka sugar 400 sa opar rahta tha lakin ap ki video jab sa dakhna start ki ab on Ka sugar 200 par agya ha.HB bhi Kam ha walk 10-15 minutes Karti ha khoshish Karti ha Ka es sa ziada walk kara lakin nahi kar sakti.Pairo ma bhi Dard Rahta tha or sans bhi charta ha.Ap please es Ka liya koi solution batai.

جناب گھر میں ایک بندہ شوگر کا مریض ۔اس کے لئے سپیشل ڈش تیار کرنا عام گھرانوں کے لئے مشکل ہوتا ہے ۔اس کے بارے سوچیں اور ایسا کھانا بتائیں جو سارے گھر والے کھا لیں ۔مثلا دال بنائی اور سوپ کی طرح پی لیں باقی گھر روٹی کے ساتھ کھا لیں ۔گوشت کی ڈش بنائیں سبزی یا دال کے ساتھ اور 50 گرام ابلے ہوے چاول سلاد کے ساتھ باقی بھی گھر والے کھا لیں جب بار بی کیو کھائیں مہینہ میں ایک بار تو سارے کھا لیں ۔حضور غریب ملک ہے چور حاکم ہیں دوائی مہنگی ۔لہذا ایسا کچھ سوچیں کہ ایک شوگر والا بندہ باقی گھر کے لئے زحمت نہ بن جائے۔

محترم میری hba 1c 7.1 تھی تین ماہ پہلے تھی۔۔۔روٹی چاول فاسٹ فوڈ کولڈ ڈرنک جوس سب بند۔۔۔۔ناشتہ دس بجے دو تین انڈے ھاف بوائل لین۔۔۔ایک گرین ٹی یا چاے پی لیں ۔۔۔دوپہر میں دھی ملائ کے ساتھ سلاد لیں مغرب تک ۔۔گوشت سلاد کے ساتھ لیں۔۔۔۔۔پانی زیادہ
