The best way is in dinner only take chicken or keema with lots of salad mint chutney or yoghurt and eat early eat walk and avoid eating rice and roti to bring sugar level down quickly only 3 months control it will give benifit to become normal and control portion only with little effort for whole life will be sugar finish inshallah but follow the Dr instruction so nice meal plans told every diabetics patient should follow to live healthy happy life a lots of thanks to Dr stay healthy life amin 🙏 Allah bless you amin.

Your diet plans are nice but the problem is that if i eat as per your plan then i feel very hungry at night. Your diet plans are not very filling. Especially if i walk after the dinner then i feel very hungry at night hence I have to eat something. I eat almonds, walnuts or roasted chick peas or peanut butter with apple or one bran bread slice. Sometimes i drink milk. Please also make a vlog on milk, yogurt as well. Can i drink milk before going to o the bed? Thank yoh ver much.

yogurt is not healthy option for dinner If you ate your dinner at 7pm then you can have snacks around 10:30 atleast 1 hour before you sleep and make sure to take green tea before bed also

جناب گھر میں ایک بندہ شوگر کا مریض ۔اس کے لئے سپیشل ڈش تیار کرنا عام گھرانوں کے لئے مشکل ہوتا ہے ۔اس کے بارے سوچیں اور ایسا کھانا بتائیں جو سارے گھر والے کھا لیں ۔مثلا دال بنائی اور سوپ کی طرح پی لیں باقی گھر روٹی کے ساتھ کھا لیں ۔گوشت کی ڈش بنائیں سبزی یا دال کے ساتھ اور 50 گرام ابلے ہوے چاول سلاد کے ساتھ باقی بھی گھر والے کھا لیں جب بار بی کیو کھائیں مہینہ میں ایک بار تو سارے کھا لیں ۔حضور غریب ملک ہے چور حاکم ہیں دوائی مہنگی ۔لہذا ایسا کچھ سوچیں کہ ایک شوگر والا بندہ باقی گھر کے لئے زحمت نہ بن جائے۔
