Another winner. Interesting how the mini-muffin holders did such a good job with browning.

I made these today for the first time. Sensational! A total hit at my house. I don’t know why I waited so long. Great recipe. I did spice up my homemade whole wheat bread crumbs. Will be making again soon!

Looks so good. I've been dry frying onions first, they brown then when you add water you get a nice brown liquid and the onions taste so sweet. Saw this from Chef Sarno on the UC Davis webcast recently.

Hi Nini Girl!! THANK YOU for your generous heart in sharing all your wisdom! Thank you for your consideration in turning the sound off when it is not needed to hear the noise! Would you please let me know what cookware/frying pan you are using that does not stick and can cook without oil or fat? Thank you!!!

...Nice recipe...I would like to stuff them and call them "arancini"...Italian stuffed rice balls...Daiya makes a nice white cheese and some homemade fillings may go well...and I feel a nice dose of nutritional yeast would really do well in your Rx...even mixed with the breadcrumbs ...there are so many ways to go with this... may freeze well also...Thank you...Chow )

Looks very good, Nini! What's the name of your powdered vegetable broth, and what kind of bread crumbs do you use? Thanks much, God bless💕

Hey there. I mainly use one from Costco. It is a salt free one. If you cannot find that one any one that has low sodium is good to go. I just use plain bread crumbs.

Wonderful recipe! 🤗 Do you have your version of this recipe written out? I checked the description. I would like to make this. Also, what type of flour did you use here? We are staying away from white flour. Any suggestions? Thank you! ✨🙏🏾✨

I'm finding that I can just use water and maybe up the seasonings that are called for or that I like just a bit (haven't bought stock in years).

Gayelord Hauser's All Natural Instant Vegetable Broth, here is a random link that I found. Your local supermarket would most likely have it. It is quite popular. www.amazon.com/Hauser-Vegetable-Broth-4-oz/dp/B004UB6YLO?SubscriptionId=AKIAILSHYYTFIVPWUY6Q&tag=duckduckgo-d-20&linkCode=xm2&camp=2025&creative=165953&creativeASIN=B004UB6YLO

+Alixe Stamatogiannakis Thanks for watching. The rice cooker I use is called a "Tatung rice cooker" You can find it here www.tatungusa.com/app/pageproduct.aspx?pid=290&cid=232 I bought mine off of Craigslist lightly used. The wok I got at a super sale at Williams & Sonoma it is a stainless steel wok by All-Clad. This is the vegetable broth I use, I absolutely love it, www.swansonvitamins.com/modern-products-hausers-instant-all-natural-vegetable-broth-4-oz-pwdr Best of luck.
