Thank you very much for this (I was one the guys requesting it) I do have a lateral slide that is part cause of this plus early hip extension which all add to me throwing away my angles and my hands recover with a flipping motion to recover. Love to be able to launch it below 30deg. Thanks again Tyler

Tyler, I am curious. What degree wedge were you using for this. I can keep my 54 deg, from 27-29, but never thought of trying as low as 16-17 as you have......

Tyler McGhie hey Tyler sim session went well. I was trying them with my 54 and they were about 40 -46 feet. Trying the same 80 yard shot. Controlling face and strike are much easier practicing your drills.

Great question. That can be a good feel. It is a bit dependent on the lead hand grip position.

Very nice. Would it be correct to say the release and method to square the face here is different from your full swing? Doesnt seem to be any forearm rotation. If so & leading on, what would you do to hit it with some curve? Thx

Yes it was a 54 degree wedge. I find that loft for me produces enough height and spin for good control on that distance. I hit 60 degree up to 75 yards then switch to 54 degree 80-120 yards

damn 17d of launch lowest I've got was 21d but over 11k spin around 100 yards of carry
