Also if you have a lack of power and no boost after disconnecting the battery for any reason there is a turbo vane learn process that needs to be completed. This is especially common on a 2003 6.0L.... 2004 and newer were able to be learned via a scan tool command. To relearn the turbo after a battery disconnect, start the engine and idle for 10 minutes without touching anything, all accessories off. You can actually check for this in the scan tool data, it will say Turbo Learn = Yes/No

Also the fitting on the intake manifold that the map sensor hose connects to gets clogged with soot so removing it (only late style intake) and cleaning it works. Your EGR valve could also get stuck and cause a delay in boost so cleaning it works, but be ready to replace those seals. On the EBP pulling the hardline out of the exhaust manifold and cleaning it works, that also gets clogged.

OR buy the EGR valve from Orielys that has a life time wrranty and instead of cleaning it just take it back and say the valve is stuck and they will replace it every time

@@MoochieBall yes and no. It did fix my boost issue but then I discovered diesel in my oil... My husband said I've put too much money into it and cut me off so it's currently sitting in my driveway waiting for me to flip some other vehicles so I can buy parts with my fun money. But when it has fresh oil the boost will build to 20 which is significantly better than the 6-9 I was getting before this video.
