Although I’ve never seen Ryan, never spoken to him, I’m feeling like I’ve lost a very close friend. He was not only my favorite musician, but he also saved me many times, like many other people. Ryan saved lives. He transformed the pain of his life into a great beauty. That pain I could feel through his vocals and lyrics, and, honestly, in every song I found myself. There’s a Low Roar song to every part of my life. For example, there was a day when I was coming home from a trip in summer 2021. That day started with me getting a message from my girlfriend, that she was leaving me. That day was also a day when Hummingbird and Everything To Lose first appeared on Spotify as singles. “Tell me how this will end”, huh. It has been about one and a half years since then by now. I will listen to Low Roar for the rest of my life, I think. As an artist, I will do my job until my last breath, make the best out of it and look up to Ryan as an example. Low Roar has had just enormous impact on me and my work, so I will be forever grateful for having lived at a time when Ryan was creating his masterpieces and for finding him at all. We only have one life, one shot. Don’t waste it. And even when life seems dark enough to give up on it, don’t. Because whlie you are still alive, there is always something you can do to make this world a better place for people that you care about and for all the people that breathe and feel just like you do. And because Ryan never gave up. "I've learned more from this Than anything I have read in my whole life" Goodbye, friend. Gratitude for all you've done. Rest In Peace.

I discovered Low Roar through Death Stranding, as i'm sure many people did. But what i love about this song is that it seems to capture the point of the game, to SLOW DOWN. Slow down on trying to run everywhere, shoot everyone and also when it comes to trying to understand the whole story immediately. But most importantly, slow down about trying to judge and hate everyone and keep them away. Make an effort to connect with them, as the players do throughtout the game using the "strand" system, as Sam does in the Story, and as Kojima productions and Ryan do through their art.

Re connect the world my brother. Many songs of the game speak about that everything that kojima shows on that master pice its a remember of we cant do this alone, we need to connect each other to keep foward. Devide society is a slow down walk to the extintion.

I can't believe this :( Low Roar has been one of my favorite bands since 2016. His music has helped me get through tough times, even to this day. I send lots of love to his family and friends. "because we look not at what can be seen but at what cannot be seen; for what can be seen is temporary, but what cannot be seen is eternal. For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens." 2 Corinthians 4:18-5:1 Rest in Peace Ryan ❤

Lyrics : "Slow Down" I'm a man of my word I could say Probably maybe not What seemed close now seems so far away You're a blurry spot The audience doesn't stare at me the same way anymore I'm a bastard a self centered jinn I'm a loaded gun I won't hurt anyone Well, I need to slow down Well, I need to slow, slow down Made a promise and I lost Had a plan that was a bust Am I coming in clear? Draw up a plot to get me out of here Take this pill it will calm all your nerves I swear, you'll be safe Now look around before we fade away like a bell that's rung Like a setting sun Well, I need to slow down Well, I need to slow, slow down Made a promise and I lost Had a plan that was a bust Am I coming in clear?

I met low roar in the E3 2016 teaser. And the truth is that without the game, no one would know them, but still, the band has very wonderful things to keep talking about their songs and compare them with the game when they are not even in it. What I'm going to is that LR needs at this point a merit of his own, and not only remember the game every time we listen to his music, but also create a memory of them in our mind and not only think about Death Stranding, because although they We met them through Kojima, they also earned the respect of being heard and loved as one more band
